We communicated with the hotel when we booked regarding 2 pets, but we're not informed of the exorbitant pet fee per per per night. We also requested a first floor room, but ended up in a king suite. Also, not a lot of options for a breakfast with protein. Did not know the property didn't have an elevator, made it more difficult getting everything to our room. Other than that, everything was fine.

We are old people and we like a 75 w light! These corkscrew one are worthless! The hot water was amazing but maybe to hot! It was great to have hot water so fast!

The beds were a little firm for me.

This small town hotel had everything my family and I needed for a 3 day stay. We were here for recital weekend. We booked the family suite with 3 queen sized beds for 2 adults and 3 children. There was plenty of space so everyone was comfortable. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The continental breakfast was so nice. One less thing this busy mom had to provide during this busy weekend. Price was affordable. Became our home away from home for a few days. We will book again next year for recital weekend too.

I was given a non-smoking room but it smelled heavily of smoke. My room also smelled heavily of what seemed to be urine. It may have just been a mix an old carpet and cigarettes but the outcome smelled like urine. I opened the window and kept it open my whole stay but that didn’t help much so I ended up sleeping with a shirt tied around my face.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great for the price. The hotel was easy to get to, parking was easy, and there was not excess noise.

Horrible room. Terrible thin scratchy bedding. Ugly old furnishings. Lampshade had burn marks on it. Room reeked of cigarette smoke, even though it was a non smoking room.thin small bath towels.found a cockroach crawling on top of my bed in the a.m.

As a cross country cyclist this property was perfect for my needs. The owner, Zulfiqar, was very helpful in resolving a bike mechanical (he gave me a ride to Perry, IA, 70 miles away to the closest bike repair, Michael's Cyclery).

The location of the hotel was a little bit farther from town, more on the outskirts. But there was also renovations- I believe, that were happening during my stay. I would appreciate if the rooms were a little bit more updated especially with a better mattress (which was pretty firm) and if the room had more lighting on the ceiling than just one fixture. There were lamps, but it barely made the room bright enough.

The room was really clean and the air conditioning was super nice (easily accessible to change the temperature). The room was also spacious for a single! There were a lot of good cable channels aswell. Staff was super friendly and made my check in/out quick and easy!
