Outdoor equipment for kids need some care. Example: bicycles were broken and chains were rusty. Basketball goal slightly broken. Playset need some up keep. Awkward for old rusty exercise equipment to be in the pool area; hazardous for kids.

The breakfast was ok. Not much in the way of prepared hot things. However, everything else was excellent and more than made up that difference.

Breakfast was meh and need a better setup for accommodating guests, staff has inconsistent rules regarding pool table and pool

The pillows. If I have any thing to say bad have to be the pillows. I am exstremely pillow picky so while my s/o didn’t have issue I did. Next stay will bring mine from home.

It was easy to get to, the staff was amazing, the over feel of the property was wonderful with its charm. It is a place we will be going back to for a longer stay

Possibly add a hot meat choice to breakfast

Breakfast was good, Enough to satisfy your hunger and get on the road. Dining area was spotless !

Breakfast was ok. I think they could have a hot breakfast with meat and eggs other than boiled.

Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Good location for my needs. Wish I had time to explore the rail/train stuff closer. I would and have recommended to friends.

Everything was absolutely perfect!

Incredible suite! Large jacuzzi tub and the most comfortable king size bed. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. The room is tastefully decorated with lots of details. The shower was amazing, full pressure and a great shower head. Wine glasses, mini fridge and microwave were greatly appreciated. The staff is so accommodating and friendly. The fireplace was the perfect touch to our relaxing weekend

The location was excellent and the staff was exceptionally pleasant. I stay at several hotels and this one is probably the number 1 spot for how it looked and we were treated. Excellent job staff, your boss and the owner should give you a bonus

The carpet is older, but it looks like they already replacing it in some of the rooms, so I'm guessing it's just at the end of it's life.

The staff is very very friendly and professional. This place is exceptionally clean. For the price, this is as good as it gets.

If I had to point something I didn't like i would have to force myself to lie, we enjoyed our stay very much.

I liked how well maintained the hotel was, everything was very clean and rich in history. I also very much enjoyed being greeted with a friendly smile every day we stayed. I also very much liked how kid friendly they are, they provided a high chair for our baby every morning for breakfast and they have floaties by the pool side and the cutest playground. Such a great family oriented place.

The breakfast is limited. A hot breakfast would take it up a level.

The lack of restaurant in hotel was a disappointment. As was 3rd party booking sites also advertised a mini golf on site which was not true.

Check in was fast and simple. Room was clean and quiet. We booked a luxury suite which had private access to the indoor pool and a whirlpool tub in room. Loved it! Parking for the suite was close to rooms. Unfortunately no restaurant at hotel as advertised in 3rd party booking sites, but there was an excellent Mexican restaurant within short walking distance. Nice views of vineyard and sunsets. Separate smoking area and patio with BBQ grill with plenty of seating and tables. Playground for kids and even had bicycles you can borrow for short trips around area. Definitely would recommend. And will book again.

Absolutely perfect. Super clean, super friendly, and quiet. I will stay again. And the train museum is excellent!!
