CONS: Comfort. A minor issue, but the sofa is not only badly positioned for multiple people to watch tv, it's also incredibly uncomfortable. Both the pillows and cushions sag on it. Not a huge deal as we only spent a couple hours at the end of each day on it. The major issue, and what prevents this property from getting a 10 rating, are the beds. Both beds were extremely uncomfortable with the one in the main bedroom being the worse of the two. That mattress is one of the $600 foam mattresses that you get off the internet. While that's fine, they are quick to wear out, which this one has, with sags that will give you a backache if you are prone to them (we are). What I feel is worse is the actual condition of both beds. Having stayed in many Airbnbs, it is standard to strip the bed(s) when you leave. I did this before I got the instructions from the owner to do so. The owner didn't say to strip them, it turns out, and I can see why. Both mattresses were badly stained...and I mean BADLY stained. If I had known how bad these mattresses actually were, I would have immediately asked for a refund and stayed somewhere else. While I know it is an expensive endeavor to replace two mattresses, it is an easy fix that I hope that the owner considers as this would truly be a 10 property if it was done.

PROS: The property was very clean and in a cute, mostly quiet, neighborhood. We felt very safe walking our dog any time of day. The owner got me a toaster within an hour when I mentioned that there wasn't one. There were plenty of clean fluffy towels and the property was stocked with the basic necessities. The shower always had hot water and a nice pressure to it. Although this property allows dogs, it never smelled like animals in the apartment. Directly across the street there is a wonderful restaurant that has the world's best brisket. Everything we wanted to see in Louisville was only (at most) a 10 minute drive.

Could use a table in bathroom shower area for placing a change of cloths and necessities. Also couch was comfortable but needs vacuuming under cushions ,luckily didn't see until last day .

Plenty of rm and nice area to stay, nice to beable to walk across street to restaurant with great mid $ food and drinks. Will decorated, and for the most part clean and quiet. Would recommend, and would book again.

The 2 back doors were locked w/ no keys available to unlock & no windows. If a fire broke out it would be a fire trap. Also, we could'nt figure out how to get ESPN or the local TV stations.

The apt. was clean, comfortable & well furnished. Also, the location was great. It was a short walk to Old Forester's Paristown Hall where we went to a concert. Nice & friendly neighborhood.

Tho there was amazing things about the property, there were a few minor things we didn’t like as much. The beds weren’t comfortable, and there wasn’t tv’s in any of the bedrooms. There was however a large tv in the living room which was great!

The property was extremely easy to find, and exceptionally beautiful. It was extremely spacious as well. The 3 bedroom covers the entirety of the top floor of the home. The bedrooms were a great size, and the home had everything you could ever need for your stay from extra linens, pillows, cookware, all the way to cook books. Nick was extremely helpful when messaged- even at 4:30 in the morning requesting a late checkout.

Weed - some people love the smell, others don’t. It’s one of those things.. it is what it is. The unit on either side of the apartment blazed up several times a day, everyday that we were there. We opened all the windows and even bought a candle, but the smell comes in through the vents and permeates the house.

Great neighborhood location, walkable to Logan Street Market and Atrium with plenty of street parking. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable and well appointed. I would definitely stay here again if it didn’t wreck if weed.

Had to walk through one bedroom to reach bath from second bedroom, fine for a family but maybe not as great for 2 couples.

Upstairs tenants are loud and intrusive. Door code didn’t work once and I was locked out. It is a solid place but looks nicer in the pics than it actually is respective to its cost. Room cleaning fee is outrageous.

It was convenient and private and parking was pretty easy. The door lost its entry code once and at 11 pm the owner was quick to be in contact and fix the situation. Excellent restaurant literally across the street.

There isn’t really anything

Host was always very helpful and quick to answer concerns . Place was very cozy and clean. Nicely and tastefully decorated. Kitchen had all the necessary utensils and kitchenware . Had a very comfortable stay . Also, there’s a nice Restaurant/Bar right across the street which is very convenient .
