The kitchen floor was a bit grubby.

The room was great....we had A1 bed apartment which was a good size with fully equipped kitchen, great living/dining area, small terrace with chairs and table, great size bedroom, huge closet and a good size bathroom. Lots of storage space. Easy to keep at the right temperature. Good swimming pool with towels provided and a cafe on site.

Room was not properly cleaned, there was garbage in trash can from previous guests and hair on the bathroom floor. Also, check in at 4pm is a bit late if the hotel expects a 10am check out

Picked this hotel because the room had a full kitchen and was very spacious. The location is good if you have a car…otherwise, the cafe at the hotel has a very limited menu and no vegan options

They met our request for early check-in, for rooms to be together and to be close to the tennis facilities. This was great. Convenient parking and very nice accomodations.

Nothing really was bad, overall very solid.

Nice large room, plenty of space and a full kitchen. Beds were extremely comfortable and nice after some long hike days! Outdoor hot tub was nice and hot and seemed clean along with the pool. Our room faced a parking lot, so the patio we had wasn't much use, but I can see if you got a room with mountain views it could be awesome.

Pots and pans weren’t great.

The rooms need more pots, pans and plastic cups to take to the pool. We really enjoyed the extra games and activities for the kids.

The construction work was a neucence, and the elevator is still out of order.

No breakfast available, no restaurant on site. Housekeeping was supposed to empty trash every day. It wasn’t emptied at all. Cereal was left on counter when we arrived.

One bedroom aspect. Large. Clean for the most part. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The water pressure was for the shower was very weak. The basin of the tub is overdue for an upgrade, it had a couple of cracks in it. Check in was not until 4pm, and we were unable to arrive until about 9pm due to other family plans and dinner reservations. But check out was at 10am, which seemed extremely early based on the late check in. It would have been nice to have check in at 12pm, particularly on a Sunday.

The rooms are very spacious with full size kitchens. There was plenty of hassle free parking. The bed was comfortable and the patio view was peaceful. Although we didn’t need it, it was great to have a washer and dryer in unit. Check in was quick and easy. Front office staff were friendly and prompt. We did not use onsite amenities due to our stay being so brief, so I can’t speak to quality.

- appartment was on street side, so far traffic noise could be heard through the bedroom window. Kind of unavoidable when bedroom is on street side, and not much of a big deal though, but be aware if you are looking for a fully quiet non-urban vibe experience.

+ I was staying in a villa 1bedroom and kitchen. Great appartment at 2nd floor accurate to pictures, very spacious, clean and comfortable, fully equipped with all needed amenities and furniture, including AC. + spacious living-room with big comfy couch, dinner table. Bedroom has a big king (?) bed with massive walk-in. TVs in each room. + included small balcony with table and chairs. + Kitchen fully equipped and working, including all needed dishes and silverware. + Very comfortable bathroom. + convenient location whithin Cathedral city with parking included.

There was an issue with the lights in the bedroom. They kept turning on when we were trying to sleep.

The kitchen fully equipped even with mini salt and pepper that we didn’t realize till later. Very spacious, and a game room for the kids kept them entertained. Price was affordable. staff great! for us close to our parking spot was a plus. practice range close by for us was also convenient

booking says daily cleaning and they don’t offer that for stays shorter than 5 days. they don’t bring additional coffee packets, soap, towels. you have to call the office and wait for delivery or go to the desk yourself. Front desk staff just very laisse faire in their greeting and interest in helping.

I did not like the early check out time. 10am is too early in my opinion. I prefer 12 noon ideally or at the very least 11am. The bathrooms are nice and large but the shower head is fixed and not removable and has a weird, low pressure spray. The lighting in the bathroom was too dim. We had to use mirrors in the other rooms to get ready in the morning. No decent complimentary breakfast. If I'm paying over 200 dollars a night then I expect the hotel to offer something in the way of breakfast.

The rooms were huge and there was a very nice kitchen. It was more like a nice apartment than a hotel room. There's a nice pool and a little game area next to the pool. The grounds are clean and well kept. A tv in the front room and bedroom was nice. Even the bathrooms were unusually large compared to the average hotel. I also appreciated the free parking which is a rarity at hotels these days.
