The hot tub was out of service when we went to use it and the ice machine on our floor was also out of service. Another guest had piled up 3 bags of extremely smelly garbage at the garbage next to the 3rd floor elevator, I brought it to the attention of the staff member on duty and she assured me that it would be taken care of but when we returned to the hotel later that evening it was still there! The smell was horrible! Even worse when we woke up the next morning and it was all still piled in the hall, just disgusting!

Staff was friendly and the room and common areas were clean and spacious!

Bed was VERY firm. The room has a kitchen (fridge, stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher) but there were no plates, silverware, pots/pans, or cooking utensils at all, making the kitchen essentially useless. Worst of all, the water pressure was SO weak that showering was extremely unpleasant, and rinsing shampoo from your hair seemingly took forever. (If you move around long enough you'll eventually get wet!)

Location was perfect! Room was clean and in good condition.

Light fixture was missing, refrigerator was leaking, toilet knobs was extremely loose.

I didn’t like that the toilet made a noise the entire stay.

I loved the location. It was beside a plaza where you could shop, a bowling alley was across the street, & the beach was across the street as well just about a mile or so. The breakfast was also great.

We got stuck in the elevator, luckily we were on the third floor. We chose not to use the elevator the rest of our duration. Also the pool was open but not use worthy cause it needed to be cleaned along with the hot tub.

The fitness room was disappointing. The timer on the hot tub was broken, so the jets ran almost all day. They will obviously burn out soon but no one took responsibility to have the hot tub checked from time to time and to turn it off if no one was in it.

The staff was always very nice. The breakfast was clean and always well stocked. The beach was just a 10-minute walk away. Publix and restaurants and stores were a short walk.

The bathtubs need a mat or rough surface on the bottom. The tub was very slippery and dangerous. An accident waiting to happen. The bathroom floor was not clean. I didn't like the fact that your room would not be serviced unless you ask. What ever happened to daily maid service. You pay enough for the room. That service should be automatic. The ice machines were also broken but were fixed on the floor below us on the second day.

Breakfast was good. The lady providing breakfast was very nice and friendly.

You can tell the hotel is dated, but that did not bother us. Everything was in working order in our room.

The location is in the middle of everything! Grocery shopping, clothing, and restaurants are all in walking distance. The property was clean, comfortable, and inviting.

Breakfast needs to do Better. Change it up a bit. We were there 9 days and had same breakfast. Powered eggs, sausage links, cereal, I think oatmeal and waffles. Fix ice machine on 2nd floor.

Staff was kind and helpful. Room was clean. Good size. Had all we needed. The pillows I loved!!! Plan to call Corp and see if I can buy 4. Lol. Pool was clean. Hot tub we didn't use too hot but it also was up and running. Overall we had a very nice stay.

The beds were not put together properly and made a lot of noise like cleaning metal. They offered to move us, but we chose to stay as we like the newly renovated area. The AC drip line was evidently clogged up and leaking on the floor. they came in and vacuumed out the pan, but that did not solve the problem. We still had to keep a towel where it was leaking the next day.

Christine at the breakfast buffet was excellent. She was fast efficient friendly you need to give that woman a big raise. The staff was always friendly and wanting to help with anything you need it. The side that had been recently renovated was beautiful.
