We stayed there for a night until we catch our next flight from Newark airport. Very clean hotel very friendly staff🌸

We called ahead to ask if there was a restaurant nearby and were told there was not. If the staff had mentioned the food available in the lobby, we would not have eaten in the airport (thinking there wasn't anything available at the hotel when we arrived in the evening), and the food in the airport was not very good. The only other issue we had was the shower was difficult to get to stay on at first. By the second shower, though, things worked better.

Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Convenient availability of foods in the lobby, and breakfast was good. Shuttle service was good.

The grab and go breakfast was only a bagel with jam and cream cheese, felt if was a little lacking.

Location was good and the free airport shuttle was great. Tea and coffee facilities set up in the reception area to use at anytime and their selection of ready made food and snacks was good for those needing a quick bite.

The breakfast area was a strange kitchen corner with fewer meal options, and staff were not very friendly

Unfortunately, since we left so early for the airport, breakfast wasn't available and all the to-go breakfast bags were already taken. Front desk staff let my pregnant wife take a sandwich from the fridge which was super appreciated.

Overall comfortable stay, with quick food options in the lobby. Highlight, though, was our shuttle driver to the airport--most joyful/ entertaining man you could ask for to drive you to the airport at 6 am.

You can't walk to the hotel from the airport, the breakfast was very basic.

Close to the airport, clean, big rooms, plenty of USB ports around. The shower looks totally new and very wide.

The staff was not the most welcoming. There is nothing to do outside the room. No restaurants nearby, no.place to catch some sun..

I was told at the reception that the hotel was fully booked. There were places available on the booking website. To get a room I had to make a reservation at booking, only later at the reception I got a room.

I wish they could give like a breakfast still for those who will leave early and i wish the shuttle bus will come more often because other hotels have been going back and hampton shuttle bus was not so frequent and also if they can assist with putting bags to the room.

I did not like the fact that parking in the hotel cost me a per day ($20).

I like the fact the room was spacious and the bathroom was as well. the sink and the mirrored area were great. Having the door was a plus It cut down on the hall conversations.

The situation with getting my car out. I don't think it was handled well

I didn't sample the breakfast. However I was very disappointed when I couldn't get my car out the back, even though I paid for parking at the front desk. I sat at the gate for over 17 minutes waiting on someone to help me get out. After calling the front desk on the 4th trial, I was extremely annoyed by this time.

They didn’t clean one of the bins in the room, traces of hair and used cotton was found. The staff isn’t very friendly

Clean and just what you need for that layover. The breakfast was just right balance I'd give anything for my morning coffee and they had it + to go 😋

Breakfast was not up to par with other Hampton Inn properties. Tater tots instead of roasted red potatoes, water on coffee bar cold, no pastries. Workers spoke no English. Less variety.

The only thing is the location was a bit tricky to find. Make sure you have a good gps. Also, the parking charge was disappointing. We are staying there, so it should be included. Though, I do see that is the norm in the area.

The hotel was modern and clean and the room was the same. The staff was accommodating when I asked to have a room on the lower floor. The welcome note on the flat screen was a neat added touch!
