Air conditioning difficult to regulate. Either it kept blowing and when stopped, room was musty/ stuffy. Can’t tell which really.

The breakfast was was good and had a variety of items. I feel that they could have added breakfast pastries and jogurts to the menu.

The take-away breakfast bag was not very generous, the cold bagel was not very appetising. This was only a small thing though, we were leaving at 5am!

We used this hotel as a stopover because it was close to Newark. We arrived late (9pm) and and left early but the free shuttle bus was operating both times and it worked very well- FYI despite it's location, it is not possible to walk there from the airport. Staff were welcoming and the room was a good size for our family of four. Hotel was quiet overnight despite it's location near the main roads and airport.

Shuttle was excellent. staff were very friendly and helpful when I asked about getting into the city. I missed out on breakfast, but that's only because I slept past it, having arrived at 1.30am!

It was convenient to the airport but the carpet in our room was disgusting. Red stains or dark red stains I don’t know if it was blood or wine or what but they need to get into the 21st century and stop using carpet. However the stall shower was terrific

Breakfast was good - nice to have a protein option. The check-in staff were welcoming and efficient. My favorite was the shuttle driver from the hotel at 6:30 a.m. to the airport. Super nice man.

Nowhere to get dinner, you can't walk anywhere and nothing onsite. Can get delivery, but only a few options. . A/c was so loud I had to turn it off, but too noisy with the airport to sleep with the window open!

Friendly staff, frequent shuttle was great. Good to have breakfast, although I wish it wasn't all disposable dishes and utensils.

Specially Why front desk was so serious. It was not welcoming at all.No smile on the face while check in and chek out or ordering/buying something from front desk. I think, they dont fit for hospitality domain. While having breakfast "Pamela Valdez" came over asked where abouts,Felt good. Apart from this, Location is far if you want to visit newyork attractions.

Room size is good. Cleanliness is good, Breakfast is just fine,not many options in veg. Shuttle service is appreciated, but we need to book earlier.

Old hotel - need renovation ! Noisy kids in hallways! A lot of noise at evenings and early morning. The breakfast is good for American public, less for European visitors. no vegetables at all!

I called the front desk and asked for a later check out. The rep said, "I can give you 15 more mins." Typically, late checkouts are an hour.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. I loved the sliding door to separate the sleeping area from the bathroom space.

We asked for a late checkout because our flight was in the evening, had to pay close to 80 dollars extra..Ouch

The evening shuttle did not arrive to pick us up. There were people that waited for over an hour. we waited for forty minutes. We took alternate transportation to the hotel.

The morning shuttle driver was excellent. He was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our questions as to where we needed to go to catch our flights.

I would have liked to see a bit more variety on the breakfast buffet. The hotel room was a little dark - not enough lighting in the room overall. They offered free water bottles at check-in to just Hilton Honors guests. It would have been nice to offer water bottle for each room.

Consider I was so close to airport, the room was quiet. Also the bed was very comfortable. This property has a bus shuttle to and from the airport. Shuttle drivers were very nice. Breakfast was included and had a variety of options for breakfast.

The bathroom. It was old and outdated and not enough space. Zero luxury.

Awesome bed and pillows. Abundant choices for breakfast. FREE Shuttle to train station and airport. Shuttle Driver was excellent, helpful and friendly. Recommended to others traveling home and they also loved it. We were all weary from a long flight so perfect spot.
