This was our second visit to Dinah's, we stayed 4 nights this visit. We loved the staff, the location, the grounds, the room, the restaurant-- they have a beautiful set up, with a koi and duck pond weaving through the property, and all these beautiful flowering trees, plants, and bushes throughout the grounds. Really nice!

The staff with the restaurant there were terrible. The service was terrible. We had to ask multiple times for simple items like water after waiting for over 20 minutes when clearly we could see the staff joking inside and on their phones. Very disappointing and again we have a 2 year old so eating out is already difficult to start.

We loved our room but being that we had a 2 year old it would've been nice to be on the first story. Our favorite part was feed the fish and ducks in the pond! Check in staff was super friendly and nice!!

The room stinks a bit and I had to keep windows open. The two pillows out of the five may need to be checked thoroughly and the main couch, too.

Great hospitality with an excellent location in Palo Alto. Stores and bistros are nearby. A little fitness centre is next to the swimming pool. Easy access to M101 and free parking add more value. Once you experience this, you won’t be easily satisfied in any other hotels.

Furnishings/room felt dated. Wish it were a bit closer to downtown Palo Alto

Room was immaculate - so clean! Staff is friendly. Our room was quiet and much bigger than I expected. This was our second stay at Dinah's and I believe we will stay again the next time we visit Palo Alto.

First night I called around midnight to the front desk as they told me when I checked in they were 24/7. It was raining hard, and I needed ice, the map they gave me showed building 800 did have ice, but not where, so my call was to ask where in the building was the ice machine? The front desk person did NOT know!!! To use the elevator you had to go outside. I did find the ice machine on the 2nd floor just outside the elevator door in the 800 building. Lady was grumpy! All other interactions with front desk personnel was very good!

Plants and landscaping are beautiful and tranquil Even though I felt like it was a little pricey I stayed a total of 3 nights as I started out as a single night. Gym was great. Artwork everywhere. Good food at restaurant. Heated pool. Room Service.

No microwave in the room. Hard for families with littles to warm up milk or formula at bedtime. We ran pure hot water into our ice bucket for 20 min in order to warm up our daughters night time milk

I always love the old style graciousness of this classic hotel. Relaxing peaceful grounds com0lete with Japanese garden. Lovely poos8de restaurant. Comfortable rooms with Minibar, amenities, fluffy robes. Alt9gether welcoming, restful.

I’m not too fond of building 100, and we stay at this hotel quite a bit. On our last trip they initially booked us in that building, but it was just a matter of asking to move buildings and they were able to accommodate for us. Kind of them.

Beautiful, clean, Bill kept gardens and coupons that are setback from the road just enough to make you feel like you are out of town. But also close enough to everything that you can just have a weekend getaway.

Gorgeous native art in a lagoon and beautifully quiet oasis. Peaceful and restful beyond expectation. The food in the restaurant is delicious.

First time ever a hotel had a fully decorated Christmas Tree in our room during the month of December. This was an unexpected, but wonderful surprise! We've been staying at this hotel for many years as it is close to Stanford Hospital. The rooms are very clean and well appointed.

Parking was a little confusing.

Very stylish, clean, and spacious accommodations. Big studio style suite with dining table, living room seating, kitchenette, big comfortable bed, walk in closet with weights and a yoga mat, mirrored vanity sink and separate bathroom room with jet tub. Unique art pieces and ohh a patio. It was a wonderful stay for a fantastic price. I look forward to staying here again.
