The location was perfect and had a great view of the pool and ocean. The facility was clean and set up nicely, and the Keurig coffee maker was an added bonus! The beach area was clean and just a short walk from the room. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony to eat and read. That was my favorite spot to hang out. My stay was relaxing and exactly what I needed!

We were convenient to everything( grocery shopping, shopping 🛍, restaurants, fresh seafood, and other towns). The view from our balcony was breathtaking. Also, the pool, bathroom to the pool, and the walk to the ocean an eye view away. Our place was extremely clean and a full kitchen. Perfect vacation destination.

The main bedroom seems to have a slight humidity problem and the fold-out couch bed was uncomfortable and didn’t have any sheets available on the property. Otherwise it was great.

The location was absolutely stellar and the condo was charming and well-decorated. The ocean was in directly visible from the porch, and the beach was down a very short, private walking path. We often saw staff caring for the public areas of the complex. The condo offers everything you need to cook your own meals, and all the appliances are in working order. The Wi-Fi is very fast. The condo seems very well sound-insulated; we did not hear any neighbors at all.

If this is referring to the room, it was great but I wanted to let them know that the shower door once closed, slowly slides open about 6-8 inches.

There was nothing not to like. The property was literally everything we wanted and more.

We loved the fact the property was right on the oceanfront and literally down the street from Coligny Plaza. It’s actually within walking distance.

I would recommend people visiting the island for the first time take a little more time than we did to familiarize yourself with locations on the island and how to get around. Some places can be extremely busy and the traffic can mean being patient.

The location was spectacular -- probably 150 yard walk to the ocean and a great view from the balcony. Because of the location with two resorts and the condo complex, the beach was busy but not overwhelming in terms of the number of people. Bill and Kay, the main contacts for me, were great. They answered a lot of questions before we arrived and help make the trip very pleasurable.

The first issue is not the owner's fault, but our dishes were dirty mixed-up with the clean in the kitchen cabinets. It was super gross touching someone else's dirty dishes. The other thing is the couch. It needs updated. It's not exactly stable and has a lot of stains. Neither were huge issues and would not keep us from staying there again.

We enjoyed our stay at this not too crowded yet great family atmosphere Condo. This condo is a nice size for one bedroom. Kitchen is very updated and countertops are beautiful. The TV is a huge smart TV and was easy to use. The balcony is a true beachfront with views of both pool and boardwalk and beach. All code access makes it easy to go to the beach without a phone or wallet which is nice. It's the ideal spot for a blue collar to middle class family looking to be right in the middle of the action at Hilton Head.

That I didn’t stay another day. It was so right. To eat breakfast on the balcony while watching the sun rise was absolutely breathtaking!!!!

The view was awesome!!!! The owner assured me abs kept his word!!!! We will visit again!!!

Visible water damage in ceiling in living room. The pull-out sofa bed was so uncomfortable, we had to purchase a $200 mattress topper to make it tolerable. Toiletries and other supplies also had to be purchased, and we were only made aware of a “maid service” after our stay. The pool was small and the adjoining property pool is much larger but did not allow access (pictures are misleading), and the “cabana” is also located on the property next door, not this one. Overall, this was very overpriced for the quality of the property.

The condo definitely has some humidity issues. We felt wet going to sleep at night and our clothes still felt wet when we got home. You could see mold spots on the lamp shades in the bedroom.

The condo was really nice, clean and updated. Loved the ocean view and it was just a quick walk to the ocean.

The bed could be more comfortable

This place was very nicely furnished, well equipped with plenty of kitchen equipment. The kitchen and living area was so beautiful, modern and clean!
