I felt that the staff were not as welcoming and exhibit the expectations of the property. I only dealt with 2-4 staff and NOT all of them can be classified with this description.

Gorgeous property with fantastic detail. We loved the incentives of having a trolley shuttle to Dollywood, the timesaver passes and the comfort of the rooms.

Check-in was smooth, the staff were all so lovely, our room is comfortable and has views of the mountains. So many lovely Dolly touches - lemonade on arrival, smores around a fire and the pool and gym. Getting to the park was so easy on the shuttle. Can't recommend it enough.

I wish my son never would have found the game room... maybe less skill games and more arcade games.

Our only discouraging times were ordering meals from the restaurants on site. On four out of five occasions we utilized room service, poolside, and in-restaurant orders were wrong, but the staff did make amends and the food was otherwise very tasty.

We enjoyed the comfortable luxury of the DreamMore Resort. The daily events for families to participate in were joyous and appreciated. We came to enjoy the morning and evening live music and singing in the lobby area. There were plenty of amenities to fill our time, besides the bonus of convenient transportation to and from Dollywood!

One staff member on the ticket desk was unhelpful - we're from the UK and couldn't access our tickets on the App as it needs to be linked to your phone and we didn't have a US cell. The first person we dealt with didn't want to help, wanted us to speak to the ticket office at the park the next day, said she had signed off (she dealt with two other people while we waited for the other staff member at her suggestion).

The room was great. The facilities at the hotel were very good. Loved having lots of areas to sit and relax.

The hotel is being renovated, so some rooms are new some are old. The old rooms really need new mattresses. My kids wanted to swim when they heard the pool was heated. It was definitely not and freezing. When I asked where the hot tub was a rude lifeguard said he wouldn't tell me because my kids where 13 not 16.... I thought this was a very rude response when you pay 500 dollars a night to stay.

Upon arrival the dreammore is absolutely beautiful. The curbside service to help unload your Luggage and take to your room is amazing. The staff is friendly. The scenery is fantastic. The rooms are clean. The bakery is fantastic.

The pillows were awful. The beds were very comfortable, which made hard pillows that much more disappointing. When I return I'll bring my own pillow!

The bed was great. We didn't expect the rooms to be so nice. We wished we had remembered swimsuits! The grounds were nice to walk on. I really appreciated not having to pay for parking or internet. The updates are lovely and we all said we'd come back!
