The Staff for the Room Service and Reception - My bedroom didn't have the room service. The room maid doesn't speak English, I asked her several times to clean my room and she kept repeating the same thing (like.. 10min, 5 min...etc) and never showed up and didn't clean the room. When I arrived at the Hotel, I have been attended by the receptionist and she gave me the keys. When I entered the room (the keys opened the door), there was someone else inside, with all luggages and belongings and it was around 4pm, far from the check out time. Totally Unacceptable!!!

The Beach is very nice and we enjoyed a lot. The Room has a good view and met my expectations. I didn't go to the pool but it looked pretty nice.

Unfortunately, the entry way is only stairs and does not allow for a stroller. The elevator was broken and also very difficult with a stroller and small children. Once the elevator was repaired things improved immensely. Also, the room we had was small, but beautiful views and clean.

The property is beautiful and the hotel is recently remodeled. The staff, pool, and beach access were all wonderful.

The meals & drinks were really expensive. The food was pretty good. No vanity space in the bathroom at all. No microwave in the room. Elevator A didn't move & alarm started ringing! Got out immediately! The place is beautiful. Once in a lifetime experience.

The view from the room. Service was great.

Because of the historical status of the hotel the bathrooms were too small compared to other top resort hotels. Also for this reason, there are stair issues limiting the use of ramps. The fee for parking was excessive.

Location, pool, beach and the grand structure of hotel were great as was the staff.

At check-in we were informed that the room we reserved wasn't available because they were all booked. (We arrived at 8 pm which was disclosed in advance). It was a very strange experience. Not what I expect from a luxury hotel. The bathroom was uncomfortably small. The water pressure was weak. This is an historic hotel, so only so much can be done. But, for what I was charged I expected better.

The location and beach are amazing. The historic hotel is beautiful. The waitress at dinner was great. If the weather had cooperated, we could have taken advantage of the many amenities they offer. But, it was cold and rainy unfortunately.

The spa was good but unfortunately both sauna and whirlpool were under maintenance and they didn’t inform me about that. Also, rooms could be cleaner and have access to the clean air. Windows in our room weren’t working and carpet had many stains that made our stay less pleasant.

Beautiful property with a big pool and direct access to the beach with many deck chairs that guest can use.

We were not able to load our luggage out of the car in peace. We were asked harshly to remove our car. This was unprofessional and stressful. Just because we useself-parking instead of vaket, dies not make us low-class guests

Initial room had a moldy smell and was a partial ocean view but I wouldn’t classify it as such. It was behind a roof with chimneys or vents from another floor, very small we moved but it cost significantly more, second room was clean but had black Moen faucets and a shower that was peeling. The toilet was old and would run. Seemed like it needed maintenance.

Good location, beach was nice, historic architecture, room cleaned daily and staff attentive

The beach and pool areas are understaffed, as trash was left lying around repeatedly. The food choices are too minimal, as it is the same menu everywhere except Maritana. There needs to be at least one restaurant with more casual food. For what one pays to stay here, the level of pampering should be higher.

The hotel is a beautiful, historical hotel, situated on one of the most gorgeous beaches I've ever seen. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Loved the complimentary kayaks too! We also enjoyed the afternoon game activities at the pool and the live music there was excellent as well.

A/C in room very noisy when it kicks on. Toiletries are not replenished as well as coffee station on some occasions. Adjoining room made it hard to sleep as you can hear people as if they were in your room.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful in every way. Very clean & well maintained. The staff was so very welcoming & friendly. Food was very good. Beach & Pools were perfect.
