Cleaner facilities and rooms with updates. More training for better customer service and a better bar menu with more options. Add better amenities for the money worth.

Some outlets didn't work for the charger, television out dated, entrance door to hotel room was faded and worn as well as carpet in hallway with a foul odor. Couldn't use the hot tub it had lots of debri, dirt and bugs. The bar restaurant had to correct my salad twice. And the front desk staff lacked skills for check in and check out, too many communication errors. Manager was a little rude.

When we checked in, our room was ready except the housekeeping forgot to leave towels in the room. When I saw them in the hall and asked for towels, I was give 3. When I asked for additional, I was give 2 washcloths. (We were 3 guests)

For our purposes, the location was great. Away from they everyday visitors but close enough. The front desk was very helpful with Joshua Tree information and restaurant recommendations. We really enjoyed our stay.

away from the public areas the hotel was in a very poor state of repair. wallpaper peeling the corridor walls, wrinkled carpets, stained curtains, broken balcony chairs. Gardens around the pool area looked sad. Travelling from the UK we found this hotel very expensive for the rating and quality of the hotel overall.

Peloton bike in gym; the seat would not move. The temperature in the gym was warm.

Location is great, close proximity to downtown Palm Springs and other areas. Beds are very comfortable and slept well.

I asked "complimentary housekeeping by request" on day 3, but the hotel didn't do anything. Therefore I called the front desk and asked for towels replacement TWICE, but no one showed up eventually.

The buffet breakfast offered minimal selections - runny scrambled eggs, overcooked sausage/bacon, oatmeal along with a small assortment of cold cereals, bread and fruit and beverages. In short, the same array of food typically served complimentary fir most stays - or at least had been in the past - as opposed to $22 per person which was steep. We’d have been much better off to either go to the cafe at the golf club or off premisis

One night I stayed up late to watch Tv around 1:30am the tv just turned off. I wasn’t able to turn it back on. the hallway exit near the pool there was debris from the outside on the floor.

My room was clean, the pool area was clean plenty of towels to go around. they had music playing which was great.

It took 2 attempts to get the front desk to resolve the non operational pool gate, The young man on the desk on Thursday afternoon, the 26th kept wanting to recharge my key, I to him the key works on everything else, just not the pool gate, I finally had to insist that somene meet me at The pool gate.
