We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesMy one and only complaint was that there was no water pressure in the shower.
The lobby is just beautiful and the staff member at the desk was immediately welcoming. I love the option of having housekeeping during our stay. I opted out, but I think it's great that it is offered post-pandemic. When we were leaving our room the next morning, housekeeping staff was in the hall and was so friendly. She immediately asked if I was on her room cleaning list. The room was very spacious, clean, and so quiet at night. Ten days prior, I had paid $100 more for a room in Portland, ME (different hotel chain) that was not nearly as spacious or clean as this one.

United StatesI found the electronic proximity door entry readers to be fussy. Sometimes they worked well other times it might take seven or eight swipes to operate. The bathroom tub backed up various times when I was NOT using it and it drained each time on it's own. It DID NOT back up when I used it. Very odd. The TV didn't operate properly (maybe just a remote battery issue). The elevator opened on both sides. One side was used by employees going about their cleaning duties which I understand. The fact that they would stand there with the door open and chat while I waited to get to my floor, on several occasions, was unacceptable. Some of the in-house gym equipment didn't work (treadmill). I made no complaints to the staff during my holiday stay as nothing was a deal breaker for me.
The location was perfect for my five day stay during the Thanksgiving holiday. The in-room coffee maker was nice. There was plenty of free parking. The in-house gym was nice although some equipment did not work. The room was quiet and clean.
