The room had spiders in the bathroom. The bed sheets were not clean. There was hairs on the bedsheets also. The air conditioner was very loud that we could not sleep with it on. The pool was very dirty, to the point we did not use it.

The entire building needs major renovations. Every thing is old, out dated, or defected. AC not working properly. Breakfast is very bad. No in-room dining. Generally, the hotel is far below average for the same brand in other countries.

There's no central AC but each room has its own unit - and it's very loud. It was annoying during the day and impossible for me to sleep with AC on during night and considering high temperatures in June it was a bit of a drag.

The room was specious but the bathroom was huge. I liked dispensers with shower gel instead of tiny bottles. I could choose the floor on which I had a room - nice guesture from the hotel. Plenty of spaces in the underground parking garage.

The hotel is overpricing for the location and facilities. It has a pool that does not invite to swim and the jacuzzi does not work. The room was not very clean and no conditioner. The hotel is located in an awful neighborhood that requires to take the bus or taxi or drive to Las Vegas Boulevard. The breakfast was also bad as well as the staff.

How loud the AC was. Toilet wasn’t fully cleaned. Not a lot of soap in the bathroom especially with C19 going around. Shower towels not nearly long enough.

I liked the bed but feathers were flying everywhere. The view outside was really nice though.

Overall the hotel isn't kept very clean, and there were many homeless people milling around, arguing with each other, just hanging outside.

Bed and linens were nice, comfy. Underground parking was a really nice thing to have, especially in the heat and with all of the homeless people. Super score - EXCELLENT Thai restaurant on the adjacent corner - Lotus of Siam.

That place was disgusting all around. Finger prints all over the room furniture. We slept in our clothes and left first thing. Never stay at this place again. It was not in a good area either

There was no towels in my room when I checked in but I went down to ask for some the gentlemen apologized & gave me the towels.

Staff was very pleasant & helpful. The bed was very comfortable & the room was very clean. I would definitely book again & refer this hotel to family & friends.

Very unsafe area. Horrible check-in at 5 PM "Your room is not ready. Even without asking what kind of room. Just wait in the lobby... after some "discussion" the room has been "magically found". Cellular base station right in front of your window. (see pictures). Dirty staircases if you decide not to use an elevator. "Warm welcome" message is waiting for you in your room with prices for excessive cleaning. Coffee cups without any protection. AC, matrasses, painting... "At 10:30 entrance door was locked. You can't open it with your key. You need to call the receptionist. Yes, this is one of the cheapest hotels, but never ever again.

Covered, gated parking. 10 minutes to strip by uber.
