Not all the shower bottles were filled up for use, and would be nice if they put a bottle of pump soap at main sink by the location, instead of bar soap.

The rooms were very nice and clean. The buffet breakfast was worth the price with all you got to eat.

I began to take a shower only to find that the room was empty of shampoo and body wash. It's very inconvenient!

Ice machine was not working about 2 weeks ago, when I stayed, but was fixed by the last time I arrived again. Only complaint is no microwave in room.

Clean & well kept.. Not The cheapest place to stay, but you do get what you pay for. Expected to book again, soon. The scenery around the place is beautiful

Lovely hotel, staff very helpful and friendly. Great location to walk to the falls. Large comfortable bedroom. Great meal in restaurant.

The staff, especially at the restaurant, didn’t want to give us food, were extremely rude, brought us soup and 15 minutes later brought us bread though we were asking to bring everything all together. Very disappointed in Hilton

I was disappointed the hotel charged 19.95 per person for breakfast but had a 15.00 meal plan per person. Front desk said that meal plan was not included in rate.

I liked the location. It was easy to get to places. Had a great time.

I have a $50.00 charge on my card that was for “ incidentals” and yet my parking fee of $15.00 and my bar tab of $15.00 was also charged to my card. I feel that I’m owed a $50.00 credit? It would be great if the T.V. had a guide option.

My room was dirty/dusty, hair was on the bed, moth was dead on the bed. Called front desk and staff contacted house keeping to change bed and remove hair and dead moth. Pool had a thick film on top of water. Ceiling was dripping in two places. Contacted front desk staff stated there was only one maintenance guy in the building. I Left and returned to my room.

I have 2 main complaints about the cleanliness. the room and floor and bed was wonderfully cleaned. I didn't spot dust or anything like that around. the shower in the bathroom, however, was not up to my standards. the tile around the door tracks was grimy and you could see visible dirt. there was also hair from the previous guest still on the walls and the shampoo bottles. also, the couch provided in the room was stained pretty heavily on the armrests. it was one of the first things I noticed when I walked in. otherwise the room was fresh and clean and the housekeeping did a great job cleaning when we were out for the day.

The mattresses were not comfortable and seemed a bit old. There were some cracks in the walls that made the room feel older and the blackout shade and curtains were in rough shape.

The room was a decent size with plenty of storage and a nice bathroom. The large window offered a spectacular river view, especially in the morning as the sun was rising over the Niagara. The restaurant downstairs was quite nice and the food was acceptable for a hotel. The pool and hot tub were great.
