Rooms are outdated. Asked for rooms together and we were placed on the 4th and 14th floors. Breakfast was expensive for what it was. Expected much more from the buffett.

All we really needed was a place to sleep and the bed was comfortable.

Only problem I had was the maid service kept beating on my door every hour starting at 830am on a Saturday! Only day we were able to sleep in and check out wasn’t until 12pm. Wasn’t happy!

OUr room was on the 8th floor. We were there to attend a near by concert. The hotel was very busy but only one elevator was working so waiting for elevator service was long. The only working one was hot and packed. The bathtub in our room drained extremely slowly. No hair conditioner. THANK GOD THE AC worked! I complained about the tub and the attendant offered to take $120 off my bill, but he did so to the wrong room! This still is not resolved.

Parking was close. However, we unknowingly came in on the back side of the hotel. THere were no signs outside that clearly explained what that entrance was for so I ended up walking quite a way to get checked in. Staff was polite but had no personality.

How old and worn out looking the elevator and door trim were. Also the sign on north face/side of the hotel had fallen off.

Price didn't feel worth it, having to pay for parking as a paying guest, morning receptionist far superior as evening receptionist did not give me my breakfast vouchers nor explain the process

couldn’t believe breakfast was 18 bucks and it wasn’t anything great. it was just ok. and the gal at the restaurant desk definitely acted like we were inconveniencing her by need to pay with cash instead of putting on the room tab. the waitress was really kinda and welcoming. just not the other gal as she never said anything just was on her phone and acted like we bothered her.

I had made a request when I made a reservation for extra pillows and was notified they could make that request. upon arrival there were no extra pillows. There was also hair still tangled and stuck onto our bathroom drain plug which was quite disgusting. Also quite frustrating to not have a mini fridge for leftovers etc.

The property was fine, decently clean. kiddos loved the fresh cookies at check in and staff was very accommodating and helpful.

The location is very confusing, you have to pay to park per night and eat per day. My room didn’t have a trash can or an ice bucket. called front desk 4 times and stopped once. never did get an ice bucket. No fridge or microwave.

It’s in walking distance to the old market and many other restaurants, bars and little shops.

The parking garage to hotel and the lacking of information. We were not well informed on how the garage was set up and to what spots you could park in. A paper illustration could have been provided some assistance. You are here directionally and you need to proceed to this location. When we arrived and checked in I ask about breakfast. The desk staff said we didn't have this included with our stay. Later I got thinking of how It was worded through the booking site breakfast was include. That evening I stopped at the front desk and showed the lady that my phone indicated differently from what I previously was told. She said this was correct and we were provided vouchers for breakfast.

Pricey. Everything was an additional charge. Parking garage was a long walk to the front desk. Breakfast, for the price, could have been a lot better. I’ve had as good a breakfast at then Drury Inn for free. Rooms were small and the bathroom shower could use a good cleaning. Lightbulbs in the room were burnt out. No refrigerator to chill drinks.
