Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe fact that you pay so much and still have to pay $20 a day for breakfast. There is no way breakfast shouldn’t come with your stay. I ate potatoes and4 slices of bacon and had to pay $20 for it! That’s RIDICULOUS!

United StatesOUr room was on the 8th floor. We were there to attend a near by concert. The hotel was very busy but only one elevator was working so waiting for elevator service was long. The only working one was hot and packed. The bathtub in our room drained extremely slowly. No hair conditioner. THANK GOD THE AC worked! I complained about the tub and the attendant offered to take $120 off my bill, but he did so to the wrong room! This still is not resolved.
Parking was close. However, we unknowingly came in on the back side of the hotel. THere were no signs outside that clearly explained what that entrance was for so I ended up walking quite a way to get checked in. Staff was polite but had no personality.

United StatesI had made a request when I made a reservation for extra pillows and was notified they could make that request. upon arrival there were no extra pillows. There was also hair still tangled and stuck onto our bathroom drain plug which was quite disgusting. Also quite frustrating to not have a mini fridge for leftovers etc.
The property was fine, decently clean. kiddos loved the fresh cookies at check in and staff was very accommodating and helpful.

United StatesThe location is very confusing, you have to pay to park per night and eat per day. My room didn’t have a trash can or an ice bucket. called front desk 4 times and stopped once. never did get an ice bucket. No fridge or microwave.
It’s in walking distance to the old market and many other restaurants, bars and little shops.

United StatesThe parking garage to hotel and the lacking of information. We were not well informed on how the garage was set up and to what spots you could park in. A paper illustration could have been provided some assistance. You are here directionally and you need to proceed to this location. When we arrived and checked in I ask about breakfast. The desk staff said we didn't have this included with our stay. Later I got thinking of how It was worded through the booking site breakfast was include. That evening I stopped at the front desk and showed the lady that my phone indicated differently from what I previously was told. She said this was correct and we were provided vouchers for breakfast.
