The rooms need to be cleaner I had small roaches in the bathroom and while on my stay they never came in to fix our beds they would only knock on the door and gave us towels. The carpet needs to be cleaned in the room as well.

I like the pool area it was nice and the front desk was clean had snacks and they provided free water. Also the parking was good always spaces available.

Price of the room we were give a price when we first booked with booking. Price change on Sunday, Monday 500 hundred. I was told the price between 2,031.00 when I left the price had gone up 1000.00 +. Will never book with you guys again. Made my trip nightmare. Please don’t every contact me agin for any reason. I will make sure family and friends are aware of your ways.

Hotel's rooms, swimming pool as well as the fitness suit need some TLC.

Rooms were a little tired, no safe in each room. Room 174 has a beautiful view and hot tub right below the balcony and we were forcibly involved in any discussion and drinking and singing after it in this hot tub but without inviting us with all hot tub visitors. So take it higher floor or deal with it. Breakfast was included but you have to sign inventory receipt anyway at breakfast - but the error in billing was charged us twice. Good habit - to check your BILL. Management refund it and apologize immediately.

After travelling for 2 weeks and staying in mediocre hotels on our way here - this hotel was as manna from heaven. Keep up good job Hilton! Rooms are spacious enough, balcony option is good, breakfast option was very good, wi-fi signal is good and fast, clean, clean towels everyday, towels for the beach are included, water 2 bottles each day for free, transfer shuttle was good but sometimes bus was not enough for big crowds of tourists going to the town center.

Room balcony overlooked the car park. Hot breakfast items were served to you (covid restriction presumably), but the items were stored in containers with the lids open. We had pre-paid for breakfast for our entire stay, however after three days of cold bacon/eggs/potatoes we went elsewhere for breakfast. We pointed this out to the reception staff on check out, but they did not appear to be bothered or sorry, and neither was any sort of compensation forthcoming.

The Iquanas were a little unnerving. It would have been nice to relax at the pool bar in the evening with some music. Once back at the resort you really cannot do anything in the evening.

pool area was nice. and the shuttle to and from the airport and downtown was a really nice bonus. loved not having to pay for an Uber every time or having to deal with parking in the busy parts of Key West

the hotel is a little bit old and need renovations and maintenance. hot tub was not working, breakfast tables have rusty legs, bathtub in our bedroom was rusty as well. water fountains in the main entrance and at the pool were dry and not working.

shuttle service and the overall hotel location and amenities were good. personnel was really good. pool bar barman and breakfast waiters were exceptional.

the day we checked in room 276, as I requested, 2 queen beds poolview at 2:30 am the room was very warm 76, notified front desk. Maintenance came, tried everything, we then had to move at 3 am to rm 174 King room. this room needs an update. closet door would not close, being a French door it blocked doorway to bathroom. in room 276 sliding door to outside would not lock causing a security problems the room that breakfast is served is so aucustible unfit. the noise with 19 people was intolerable. we did not want to eat outside, so we skipped the next 2 breakfasts that were paid for. discussed room problems with front desk & were given resort charges off for all 3 nights, $28 a night. We have been staying here for 6 years & noticed that upgrades are definitely needed. Perhaps a preventative maintenance department.
