The common areas are worn and it appeared staff struggled to keep clean. Additionally it appeared the holiday/Christmas tree was still sitting in the lobby from the past holiday.

Nice location and room but the pool was a bit run down. Room was comfy but not stocked. Had to ask twice for towels. TVs didn’t work properly and internet service was poor.

Sliding bathroom door construction didn't meet architect or designer vision. Poor execution means zero privacy.

Most of the staff was really great. Beds, furniture very comfortable. Can't beat location or view.

The room was pretty clean until we took the sofa bed apart to use as a bed, which still had crumbs from previous stays. Just wished for it to be a little cleaner.

I loved the view from our room. Beautiful ocean view which was all I wanted for mother's day.

Hotel has a nice pool with beach access. I have stayed multiple times. The same bartender has been there for at least the last 2 years, Jim. He is kind, friendly and attentive. A++ for Jim.

What I did not like was being inconvenienced by a phone call from the front desk my very first day there asking if I witnessed a man pulling his pants down on the beach. I had not even beach down to the beach let alone reported such an event happening. Then there’s the issue with costs. Had my birthday dinner at restaurant on location. Ordered cowboy steak dinner for $38. It was nothing like advertised online. The server was very friendly and had a good sense of humor. However, it was no laughing matter being told they are out of asparagus and offered carrots that looked like something you would get at Old Country Buffet. Then the masked potatoes tasted liked boxed potatoes. The steak was well prepared but the thickness was no where near worth the cost. The bathroom in the room was an issue. It was fully accessible and spacious. Except, it was dated and looked like a community shower in an institutional setting. Finally, maintenance came to the room twice during my stay. Once to investigate a noise complaint because the occupants next door were slamming the balcony door which made a loud bang and it shook the entire bedroom. It was like pulling teeth to get the man that showed up to identify himself as maintenance and then he proceeded to enter the unit though had not granted him permission. Called the front desk afterwards to find out why they sent maintenance to investigate a noise complaint. I was told nonchalantly that he guy who appeared was the only person available. Maintenance came out a second time the morning of my final stay. The alarm in the room went off around 7:10am. I was awakened and startled by it. Gathered my things and proceeded to leave the unit with bare essentials. Noticed no one else was vacating their units and then the alarm stopped chiming. Called the front desk to better understand what was happening. The front desk worker told me that everything was fine there. That’s when two maintenance workers showed and gave bogus reason.

There were no sheets for the hideaway bed on the bed or in the room. The bathroom door is not private. We had to shower with the light off to not be seen!

The breakfast buffet was lacking inventiveness and selection and was a little over price considering the quality you receive. Unfortunately this property has a huge design flaw approaching the North Tower the hotels guests have to pass all the garbage AC laundry and waste facilities on their way in and out of the North Tower.( this area should be partitioned off and hidden from the eye of the guest's view as well as the odors coming from that area are very foul and funky smelling)🤔🤢

Excellent location and excellent views. Staff was also very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were nice and Clean!! Good housekeeping staff and front desk staff as well.

The A/C was way too loud to keep it running during the night. Also we had very noisy neighbors disturbing our nights sleep. The sofa bed in the living area is very uncomfortable - tolerable for a child but not for any teenagers or adults

The location is perfect - right by the beach, lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Beach towels are being provided, you can have food and drinks delivered from the hotel bar & grille to the beach.

the overall cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was not as I expected. it was very dingy and and dirty in many of the common areas. the room cleanliness was fine but the corners showed an buildup of grime.

the view was great, the beach was very nice. the staff were all very helpful and friendly. The restaurant and breakfast was good and had a great mix of foods to eat.

I wish there were a ramp to the pier leading to the beach. And we kept forgetting to ask for service to our room.

We so enjoyed having a separate living room, The balcony was a treat. And the view! Just Wow! And the food was so good, you have to try the Quesadillas and any pannini. OH! and the Million dollar Margarita!
