Room was so hot. Staff advised us to turn down thermostat and open windows, but it didn’t help much and eventually had to close windows due to street noise below.

The ac didnt work, in fact, it made it hotter. The minimal cold air it pumped out was not enough to combat the hot air blowing out. The $100 a day incidental is a bit astronomical. I understand the purpose but can be a major deterrent.

It was pretty dirty. Stains on the floor and boxspring, there was visible mold in the bathroom vent. I was going to give my kid a bath and I could see other peoples dead skin and dirt in the tub. It looked like the the entire shower and tub wasn’t cleaned before us.

The room was huge and I love that there were 2 TVs.

The room could have been cleaned better, we found chards of broken glass on the floor of our room. The bathroom sink backed up and drained very slowly after every use. The website showed that there was a swimming pool on site but there isn’t.

The location was perfectly located down the road from the hospital where we were visiting family. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

When I went to pull out the sofa bed, there were no sheets or blankets so I looked around the room and the only thing I found was an extra pillow so I had to call down to the front desk to ask them to send up sheets and a blanket but they ended up sending up towels, so then I had to call back again and ask for sheets and blankets. I also mentioned on Saturday that the shower curtain rod in the bathroom was bent. Therefore, the shower curtain would slide down to the middle of the bar and then water would spray out both sides of the curtain and soaking the floor. I was not offered another room which I thought that they would’ve done.

I had booked two rooms with two queen beds and a pull out couch since we had six men in town for a game. When we checked in our rooms only had one king bed with a couch. I was told that there were no other rooms available and since I had booked through booking.com my room type was not guaranteed, even though I had a confirmation stating the room type and a picture of the room. Overall the hotel is very nice even though we were stuck with the wrong room types my only other complaints would be that the bathrooms were very small especially since the rest of the room was so large and that parking isn't guaranteed even though we had paid for parking the parking ramp was full twice when we came back. I have stayed at several other hotels downtown and would definitely stay here again despite the inconvenience.

Overall, the hotel was very nice even though we were given the wrong room type and told they had no other rooms available.

Wifi needs to be reconnected all the time. Gym could be bigger and have more work out machines Breakfast was pretty good but should vary. Market was very incomplete: no more sodas available for purchase after day 2 of my 5 days stay. The hotel almost charged me the breakfast bills when it was already included in my booking reservation. Once I notified of the mistake, they undo the operations and only charged me the tips, which was ok. Furniture little old and many broken things in my room that could be easily fixed.

There was a long line at the checkout counter most of the time. No one came by to bring towels or empty trash. When we did ask for more bedding, someone came with two blankets but no sheets. We paid for parking on site and then all the spots were full so had to park on the street several blocks away. Hotel did refund that night's parking charge though.

The location was fantastic..lots of great walkable merchants (Caribou Coffee, Target, Lunds and Byerlys, Brits pub, Dancing Ganesha). The beds were smaller than expected but very comfortable.

We got to the hotel around 2 we knew check in wasn’t until 4 so we asked to check in early. The lady said they didn’t have our room ready yet and to give them 20 minutes. We stood around in the lobby and went to ask again if our room was ready. She said soon don’t got to far. We decided to walk to chipotle thinking by the time we get back our room will be ready for sure. When we got back there was line almost outside of the hotel waiting to be checked in. We waited in the line feeling a little annoyed, we finally made it to the desk we asked again if our room was ready. The lady was mumbling and then said well check in isn’t until 4. To be clear we were not mad that we couldn’t check in early we completely understand if the room isn’t ready. But don’t tell me the room will be ready shortly and then have us waiting around for 2 hours. We were not the only guest the lady did this to.
