Room was small & did not have a mirror besides the bathroom one like the other rooms (there were several of us staying in the same hotel). Breakfast was too expensive & noise control during the evening was not adhered to even though we all signed waivers.

A glitch in the billing over charged for one room. It is being corrected. The AC didn't work in one of the rooms. To be fair, we left for a wedding and thought it would cool down by time we returned, but didn't. We did not notify them. Just wish it wasn't a problem to begin with.

Breakfast was great, ample free parking, beautiful lobby, staff kind and friendly.

The tv in the sitting room wasn’t working…. Called the front desk … no one came to fix it. But not a deal breaker. Also web site say indoor pool and hot tub… pool was great but sadly no hot tub.

Room 209 looked very dated. it was hot and the vents hadn’t been cleaned. there were leftover clothes in the cubby. we were only staying 1 night since we were moving out of town so I didn’t want to make a fuss but besides the bedding being clean and the fresh towels I can’t say that room had been used or cleaned thoroughly in a while. it was definitely overpriced for that kind of stay. probably won’t be back.

the location was perfect. the restaurants nearby were easy to get from the hotel. the cookies were amazing. the lobby was beautiful. the staff was very nice happy to help.

Overall the property is nice but it is outdated compared to other Hilton affiliated properties we’ve been to; the fixtures, carpet, paint could all be updated. There were not enough linens in our room when we arrived.

The location is great with proximity to lots of local food and activities. The staff were very attentive and understanding and just overall very nice. The amount of space in the room we were in was perfect for our needs. The pricing was incredibly fair given the sheer amount of events going on in the local area.

More handicap parking. There was no remote for the tv in the sitting area, but we did not really need it, but next people might. the toilet seat was loose. I kept tightening it but it, it didn't stay tight. But a real nice stay.

Room was near elevator which was great for my husband. Breakfast was very good! Room was spacious. Housekeeping brought us up clean towels faster than I expected because it was a real busy weekend for the hotel.

There was a party next door and had very bad experience with the kids next door. police was called and staff told me they had to leave. The officer told them they can stay. Staff personnel told the mother of the kids they had several complaints and there neighbor came down to complain. I didn’t like the fact that employee told them who complained and it could definitely been horrible!

the families that let their children run up and down the hallways all night and day with out the staff making them stop, 4-10yr olds, also they were unsupervised in the pool and my family had to leave because they were being rough with my 3 1/2 year old. Also No Breakfast was offered for free of any kind, was $25 a person

room was large with a master bedroom that you can actually close the door, Had a living room with sofa couch my children loved. had a indoor pool.

Nice location, across from a shopping center/mall area. We were playing a tournament not far away and guest access was easy to get to.

Most of the front desk staff is rude with the exception of the person who checked us in. They were really nice and friendly.

The property is an older hotel. It is fairly clear but the shower head was rusted and needed to be changed or cleaned. The breakfast staff is extremely nice and helpful.
