Having to charge everything, parking fees, not getting clean towels/wash cloths daily, no do not disturb or service notice for room door and no microwave in room. Also, there is not much drawer space for clothes. Expected better from a Hilton Hotel.

Paying for parking . Add it to room fee. Fees are jacked up for special events anyway!! Bar and restaurant was way under staffed for a special event sold out weekend

I feel bottled waters would make a great benefit to the guests. It’s a low o cost investment.

The property was beautiful. Room was great size. I feel it needs updating. And bottled waters for guest. That’s a low cost investment that matters. The service at restaurant was very slow. Food was good.

Nice outdoor pool with lovely view of the water. Very spacious room. Friendly staff. Nice food. Very quiet hotel. Helpful staff, particularly Paul the transport manager. Ideal peaceful location between downtown and the beaches to the west.

How can you NOT have a "confirmed"airport shuttle at a Hilton property being less than 5 miles from the airport? Stating "we might be able to get you there but can't guarantee a shuttle will be available at that time (5am)" is unacceptable. There were actually 3 shuttles sitting outside the lobby on the morning of our departure.

The beds were very uncomfortable. The location itself was challenging as it is on an island. You shouldn't have to pay to park a car when you have a room IMO.

The hotel carpark is enormous and not full - bearing in mind the price of the rooms I think the hotel could throw in parking for free. The hotel is in the middle of offices- which means there isn't much going on outside the hotel. We walked along the causeway to Whisky Joe's for dinner which was a nice little spot. The hotel overall feels quite dated and the rooms are tired so I think generally the hotel is a little overpriced but I guess you are paying for proximity to airport.

Very close to the airport and easy to find. We booked this hotel as a stopover the first night of our holiday having flown in to Tampa. So it was exactly what we needed. Nice to have a pool and gym to use. The view from the pool is stunning and you forget you're next to a load of office blocks (see photo!) Rubin was very helpful at check in - he gave us a thorough explanation of everything and was keen to help however he could.
