Had to pay for parking just to stay at a hotel I paid to stay at . Also resort fees , the hotel held $150 from me for my stay and when I left they kept $125 . From the resort fees and parking when I thought I’d only pay for the parking .

Parking was totally inadequate and we had to walk from the far ends of the resort to our room int the tower, a good two football fields or more away, and we paid $30 per night for this privilege. We asked for towels and our beds made, not changed, just made. This never happened. I tried calling front desk, guest services, both assured someone would be right up, they never came. On the third day of the same story I contacted booking.com and within 15 minutes a young man showed up at our door and handed me a trash bag full of clean towels! We desperately needed them, so we took them…..next day, no towels again.

Breakfast was wonderful. The music at the pool was nice, although the pool was very cold! Room was comfortable, spacious and well appointed.

Staff needs to be more informative. Most vending machines in tower didn’t work or have selection.

Very prejudice staff did not like it won’t be returning again

I wish I had known a little more about parking and how spread out it is in regard to getting to your room. We also found the hot tub was not too hot but more just warm.

It is nice outside with the landscaping and all the different areas. I like the inside lobby but found it a bit odd it wasn’t connected to the main tower. The staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the continental breakfast - thought that was a huge perk!

Pool was cold. Bar staff made us go all the way back to our room for our IDs and then didn’t even look at it. Room bathroom lights kept flickering. The girl who sat us at our table for breakfast didn’t smile or speak to us at all. My phone was getting messages asking about our stay before we could even get to our room. Eggs at breakfast were VERY soupy. Housekeeping banged on our door for a very long time and woke us up an hour and a half before checkout time.

Property was beautiful on the outside and in the main lobby. Front desk staff was very pleasant. Location of hotel wasn’t far from the local attractions and restaurants.

The stuff accusing my family of stealing. We paid for a breakfast and my son got confused on where the hostess put this card on the table . So we went to the wrong table and the lady asked if my husbands food was paid for needless to say he left and went to the room. No he did NOT eat his breakfast. Bc he was not gonna be accused for something that was included and was paid for .

What I did like a room had roaches so we told the front desk and they told us they only can move us tomorrow after somebody’s check out. It was very uncomfortable that night to sleep.

The internet service is very bad, terrible, and in the shower part the water is stagnant, it does not run normally, thanks to the service, super helpful people and very good presentation

The food was very good, the place was very nice, the location was perfect...everything was good, only 2 things were wrong.
