United States9 reviewsVery goodJust a couple of not greats: the neighboring apartment was a little loud a few evenings (seems there is no soundproofing). The apartment is in the same building as a public laundromat and a pizza place - and we all share a common parking lot along with the gas station and the restaurant - but the big thing is that there are basically no lights in the parking lot. It would be very nice if that could be changed.
It is a nice little one bedroom apartment. The furniture was comfortable. The galley kitchen was pretty well stocked with dishes and equipment. It is walking distance to downtown Bar Harbor (it is a pretty long walk), but the area is pretty quiet and seemed safe after dark.

United States1 reviewGoodThere are other apartments in the building as well. We experienced a party in the next apartment until the wee hours of the morning. The host was completely responsive to effectively deal with the situation. There are no windows in the kitchen or living room but was noted in the description. Having said all of this, it worked for us.
The apartment location was convenient. The space was organized well, clean, with nice decor and linens. There was a parking space right outside the door and a laundromat and pizza restaurant in the same building. The host was quickly and appreciatively responsive.

United States11 reviews“Great Place”Great location! Very convenient to walk everywhere in Bar Harbor. A comfortable living room and full kitchen if you wanted to cook. You can fit 3 people if one person doesn’t mind sleeping on the couch, it’s a comfy couch. We would stay here again!

Very tidy and lovely apartment equipped with everything you need. A good bed. Diwas a great host and was very helpful when you needed him from the beginning. He was very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. He was a bit flexible with the check-out time, which was extremely helpful. and wants to share all he know about the area. The place is at a perfect location, very easy to get around, close to all the lovely restaurants.

United States2 reviews“good enough but we aren’t likely to stay again.”There are multiple apartments for rent, and it is unknown which we’ll be assigned until shortly before the stay. It wasn’t clear which apartment we were assigned to, which made our arrival at 10:30pm worrisome, but the owner responded quickly to our text asking which one. The apartment had one separate bedroom, but not a full wall between the bedroom and living room area. Our kids slept on the pull out couch and cot in the living room, so the lack of a full wall made for no sound insulation. The apartment had only one window, so there was little air flow. There were ceiling fans in the living room but not the bedroom, and the ceiling fans only worked when overhead LED strip lights were also on, so they were not helpful at night. There was a box fan for the bed room, but window to put it in and no outlets close enough to place the fan on the dresser, so it had to be set on the floor. A standing fan would be much more useful in that room.
The Downtown location of this rental was its strength.
