I felt mislead about the outside look. Also the directions for payment and arrival were not clear. Not a smooth process. Booking said I would be automatically charged it that never happened. Owner sent an invoice for over $100 more than posted 1 day before trip saying they forgot to send. Parking is very tight with spacing.

Inside was fine and clean. Location was awesome, we could walk to downtown Gatlinburg without having to look for parking on the strip.

Outdoor pool could have been better maintained. Everything looked old and dirty. Water needed to be cleaned looked oily. Looks like there was a hot tub at 1 time, but they covered it over. Too bad that's what we wanted to relax in. I did not know if anybody was supposed to be in that little office, but nobody was there to answer any questions. I guess nobody works in there. A couple guests ask me how they check into their room. I explained look on their phone and all the information should be there. Like their door code ( it wasn't a problem to help them) The only problems I had was the backside of the bathroom door had hair on it and looked very dirty And that sliding glass door track looked rusted could have been cleaned very dirty

The overall look of the apartment was great. Location was pretty good. Could walk to most everywhere within minutes. Right behind Ober Gatlinburg. 2 pools. Overall it was very comfortable stay. I would stay again 👍

My only complaint would be that the ceiling panels holding the heating/cooling vents look like they need changed. Also, when you first turn on the water, it comes out yellow, but eventually runs clear. It is an older property, but these owners have stepped it up a notch!

Great location! Condo was very clean. Bed was comfy. Cute decor. I could live here … If we stayed again, I would like to try out one of the pools.

Very small but good for a weekend stay with our younger children. There weren't enough toiletries (only 1/4 roll of toilet paper and we ran out by the 2nd day) and there were only 4 washcloths and 4 towels for 4 people and a 2 night stay.

We loved the location. It is convenient to everything. The decor was nice and the apartment was clean.

The outside of the building is very old and frankly looks run down. Needs updated badly. Stove top needs replaced .

The cabin feel inside the the condo. Well done with renovations. Close to walk for everything and the on-site parking..

so close to everything!! cozy like a cabin deep in the woods! so clean and decorated so cute. it was just a wonderful experience all the way around. we will definitely be staying there again!!! management is easy to get a hold of and so friendly. I absolutely loved this place.

The only thing we were really looking to have was an oven. Some updated cooking supplies and utensils would be lovely! The remote to the TV in the living room only worked occasionally.

We loved the location! The bed was very comfortable! Great spot to come back to after a long day of walking or even for a break in the middle of the day! Close to everything! Loved the decor!

Check-in was problematic. For some reason, the booking.com message with final check-in instructions did not come across email and we had to call the owner directly to get it. The lobby staff was not helpful or professional.

The overall facility looked a bit sketchy, but our unit was wonderful once we got inside - clean and comfy and with a cozy cabin-like atmosphere. Great for the price! We would happily rebook for a future stay.

The hot water faucet was broke in the shower so we had to use a pair of pliers to turn the water on and off the whole time we were there.

The fire place didn’t work. The pool was green and dirty. Advertised a Hot tub. No hot tub. No viewable channels on TV in living room. Burners on range will not allow pans to sit level. But this place was nice and homey. I loved my stay.

I liked the country living decor. The place was clean. I liked how close it was to everything. Will definitely stay at this location again.

I've stayed in this complex 5 times and had decided not to use it again as the last couple of times the units were sub par. My cousin owns a unit here that is very nice but she won't allow me to pay her so I don't use it. This unit was a very pleasant surprise. Recently updated with ship lap on the walls that gave it a cabin feel. It was very clean. The towels were cheap and the sofa felt a bit worn out, but overall I had a very nice visit and would stay here again.
