I wish the outer door to the room would have been more sturdy. It seemed like it would have been easy to break down from the outside.

I was able to hear a lot of road noise. The doors closing near our room were loud, along with some very drunk, very loud girls in the hallway that woke me up at 2:30 in the morning. These things are not necessarily the fault of the hotel or hosts. I also didn't bother to report it to the front desk. It's an older hotel that has been very nicely revived. I knew this when I booked the room and during the next stay I will remember my earplugs.

#1 the bed an linens were amazing, so comfortable. I loved the bathtub. No carpet, which is a plus for me. Huge TV. Very friendly staff. Cute decor. Nice additions of cute soap, toothbrush, and shower cap. The staff was very receptive to needing early check in due to travel.

No phone in the room.

Although this is an older motel, it has amenities that you don't find except in newer, more expensive motels. Bathrobes are provided. Forget your toothbrush, comb, or shower cap. They are in the room. The TV is huge. The towels are rolled, not just stacked or hung. The toilet is newer with a high or low flush button. The breakfast is exceptional.

I loved the decor in the room I stayed in. Very unique. My room was clean and I loved the added touches that made me feel like I was staying in a very expensive hotel 😊 The staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

It's just a personal thing but the bed was too high for my liking. Everything was well appointed and I thoroughly recommend the accommodation.

There was a slight problem with our key and we couldn’t unlock our doors. Not a big deal. The staff immediately fixed the problem and I never had the issue again.

The hotel was close to anything we might need like food, gas or Walmart. It was clean and looked so fun on the outside with the vibrant colors. Staff were extremely helpful and kind. The room was clean and neat.

There isn’t anything I personally didn’t like about the place.

It was conveniently located near a Walmart and a couple local shops. The hotel is clean and in my opinion the beds are very comfortable, it’s a cute and quaint hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

AC/heater was a bit noisy when it went on and off.

Delicious breakfast, love the new decor, awesome staff, ever so comfortable bed. Slept great. We were in Hasting for Softball Tournament. When morning game cancelled, we returned to the Dragonfly Inn and asked if we could stay in their lobby until the next game was scheduled. They were exceedingly accommodating. We were allowed to stay as long as necessary. When that game was scheduled for the next day, we got a suite so all of us could stay in one room. Great place to stay

Paying $150+ when a property is still under renovation and the room and hallways still have many cosmetic flaws is too much. Rooms absolutely need better window coverings. Absolutely need room darkening blinds or curtains. My window coverings, while pretty and decorative where very sheer, almost see through. Room was very bright at night and impossible to sleep in that morning.

Decor is very nice. Would be nice if the room was completely finished before using. Mine had lose floor boards at the door. Does not give one a sense of safety.

Beds were very comfortable, a little on the softer side so if you like a firm bed it wasn't. I do love a soft bed. It was quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed the large soaker tub.
