See above. I misread. I loved the location and the staff was fabulous. Rooftop bar was amazing. Everything was clean.

It was oddly designed. The ladder in the bathroom was not functional as it would fall when you pulled a towel off. The faucet was further out that the water for washing hair in sink. Weird hole in the door instead of doorknob. Only one outlet next to bed and it didn’t work. There were so many buttons we turned on the do not disturb not the light inside.Looked designed for appearance and not functionality.

I would've liked to have more counter space in the bathroom. Lighting that was not fussy. And most importantly a coffee station!

The room had a spectacular view. The design and fixtures were unique.

The bathroom lacked some privacy, since the bathroom door wasn’t truly a door and had an open feature in the door itself which deprived the user of any sort of privacy or discretion.

The beds were stiff, the pillows were flat and uncomfortable. There was no room in the fridge for our food/drinks we brought because it was taken up with stuff from the bar. Only one very small waste basket in the room. The room rates seemed high based on value.

The location was excellent. The lobby/ hotel lounge and bar area were very aesthetically pleasing. The bathroom and shower in our room was super nice.

I did not like the fact that when it was club nights the lifts where a tad bit too busy do to all the traffic inside the building for guest to get back to their rooms.

I liked the whole ambience of the property very warm and welcoming. The front desk staff we're simply amazing.

It got very noisy at night, the walls don't have good noise isolation, I could hear people loudly having sex next door.

I thought the overall aesthetic was supercool. Especially the porthole windows, chainmail shower curtains, and NFT art walls.

The room was SMALL for the price. Like, extremely small. As well, the walls were seemingly paper thing as I was able to hear all things going on in both of the adjoining rooms.

I had to listen to EDM bass emanating from the night club until 4 am. It shook my bed. I got bad sleep as a result for several of the nights.

No easy access to ice. No cups in the room, cmon guys this is a staple.

The big 3, clean, quiet, comfortable make this a good place. Convenient too! Be aware there is a nightclub somewhere in the building so the lobby will be busy at night, not an issue though.

The lobby of the hotel is a bit chaotic as there is a night club on the top floors. The room could have been cleaner on our arrival there were shaved hairs around the sink area.

The location is great, the room are "NYC" size but well designed and comfortable. Our room had a nice view over the city.

I pre-paid for the 3-nights as per my booking. However I was not informed that they will charge USD150 per night (total 3-nights @ USD450). The charged my VISA debit card USD450 and when I checked out they said they amount will be refunded, credited to my card within 3- 6 days. I has been over a week now and I have not received my refund. I emailed all the emails that i have including booking.com but to date I have not received a reply and the status of the refund. Please assist me with this matter as it is a serious breach of customer's payments.

A friend spotted and killed a roach in the room. The rooms are small and EXTREMELY basic; no frills. We had to request an ice bucket (and ice for it). We asked for champagne flutes and were given regular drinking glasses.

The location is extremely convenient, right in the Meatpacking district. There arr restaurants next door and a cafe inside the lobby. There’s also a club on the rooftop.

I spent 5 nights. For the last night the occupants immediately adjacent to my room were talking loudly and very late and this was definitely a disturbance to sleep peacefully.

The beds were just mediocre. And for the price of this hotel, the pillows (very flat) and bed were both terrible IMO. Also music was blasting pretty much every single night, we could hear it through the walls of the hotel. so I had to get some ear plugs. We were on the 8th floor for reference. It’s giving night club vibes every single night. Not really our thing, so it kind of took away from our experience a little bit.

Loved the bathroom, the aesthetic is nice! Cool shower & a coffee spot attached to the hotel. Overall it’s a pretty place! Located super close to Chelsea market, which we loved. It was nice to have a fridge stocked with alcohol when we got there for celebrating and convenience!
