This is party central. The good thing is even thought it’s party central, the rooms are very well insulated so you don’t hear anything.

The location is as great as it gets for food choices and nightlife.

the noise and the club scene. The room was very small and there was lots of noise. Also, smelled weed all of the time.

Our room was in the front of building so we did not have as much noise as others,. the staff was very very helpful. Thank you for that.

There were many people lined up outside to go to the club upstairs and it was hard to access the hotel when we arrived. It smelled on that level where they were so many people trying to get into the club. The staff ignored us for a bit and didn’t seem like they had any interest beyond handling our transaction. The room had 2 full beds and we were 3 guests, but there were only two towels. When you turn on the bathroom light, the main light of the hotel room also turned on. There was no way around it. There was no fan in the bathroom and the curtain was clear - not great if you have more than one person who dry your hair after a shower. The person came with extra towels quickly, and was friendly. Great views and location.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and the room itself was nice spacious and clean. Well located.

The bed could use more pillows and maybe a heavier comforter. Parking was a challenge. I called the week before we arrived to check if our Ford F-150 could be accommodated. I was told I could have either the option of valet parking or parking in the Icon garage. When I arrived I found out valet parking was not available.

Front desk for check in was somewhat disorganized at best. We were informed of the recent conversation with another hotel as an excuse so wasn’t overly irritated. We were not offered any sort of comps including food or beverages for the inconveniences so that’s a huge downfall. At end of evening we wanted to enjoy the on-site club but were told we had no clout as guests of Dream, total BS for the price of the room so we dropped our $ in the lobby bar. Poor customer relations here.

Proximity to our venue was amazingly simple by foot so a huge plus there! Also worked well with after guests at the lobby lounge.

Parts of the hotel room were not practical eg no plug for the sink. The staff cared more about people from Google than they did for ordinary tourists The hotel was confusing it did not have a strong identity

The location was excellent. Lots of things were closed at the hotel, for example the rooftop bar which we didn't realise. Therre was a lot of interesting art .

Food accommodation was hard to figure out a a bit disappointing for breakfast. I thought we would have access to the rooftop and learned that it was a separate entreprise.

The bathroom shower head was best. Comfy room bed. Good free tv channels.

We specifically booked a hotel with a pool for the children and they had to be out by 1030am! I think booking.com should have made this MUCH clearer, I got no feedback from booking.com when I made a complaint. We spent extra money to go there and it turned out really not to be family friendly. There was a nightclub in the building too! In the end it was fine and no noise at all from the club. Staff were nice just such a shame about the pool. This is not really for families I would say. You are paying for the location.

No valet parking. I had to park my car and shuttle my own suitcases up a steep path that’s one way with other cars coming down. I asked to pay for valet I called they said park it yourself. I always had valet at your hotel in my past stays here. Lack of this will make me stay someplace else next time. I also took my luggage up myself no one asked if I needed help with my bags to my room. When I got to my room one of my card keys didn’t work either. The pool restaurant is convenient but the bar was so busy I never got my drinks until I was done with my food. The lobby could use some updated furniture and rugs it looks a bit dated; however —I appreciate the artwork. I was told the front cafe was open when I had called from the road and when I got there it wasn’t open. it would be great if there was grab and go food all day.

the lighting in the rooms were not great and not user friendly. also if you are a guest at the hotel you should automatically be able to attend any location in the hotel without question. I had to make reservations to be in the pool area with a wrist band.

The property was great! So beautifully designed and nice location. I really enjoyed my stay. Rosie at the desk really made my stay even better. Every time she saw us asked how we were doing. I had booked PHD but at the wrong location she guided us on what to do and I really think she deserves the recognition for going above and beyond. I had a great time at the PHD rooftop because of her!! give that girl a raise .
