The location is awesome, very close to Disney, proximally 5 minutes, the propriety is amazing also, very cozy, totally functional and organized, the kids loved the room themes!

Main TV in living area did not work and owner could not sort a new one. Disappointed as we wanted to watch xmas movies together. No face cloths. Changing 50USD to cook snags on BBQ????? Way too expensive and ridiculous expectation.

Place was perfect for families. Good location and close to attractions. Great place.

We thought the property would be stocked with all the toiletries and items needed for the full stay, since it was listed on the items supplied list. Found out only an initial supply was provided and we would have to supply our own toiletries, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. There are very strict rules with fees for everything, which is understandable as many people are quite disrespectful outside their own home, although the directions and warnings provided feel more like you’re being scolded before you’ve even arrived. We checked in on Thanksgiving, and we were missing some of the initial toiletries promised. The kitchen had 2 can openers that didn’t work and there were no oven mitts. Luckily, I live locally so I brought over my own items to ensure we could finish cooking for the holiday.

The property is spacious and decor is great for families with young kids. Good amenities.

Entrance door side window not having a covering for the window. Anybody walking up to the door can see right through it. Not to take away from the home, it is gorgeous!!!

We LOVED EVERYTHING..This place was WONDERFUL from start to finish.. My family enjoyed their time here...very spacious. Everything was within a short distance..(Carla Guedes) 🥰The property mgr was Wonderful she made sure we were good throughout the entire stay.. We will definitely be back here again... If you're looking for an affordable and home feel.. This is the place to go..💯🥰👍🏾

Everything about this place was perfect. The location is convenient to all of disney parks and it has lots of restaurants in the area. Walmart is within walking distance as well as other shopping. The unit is very clean and comfortable and had Everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again. The owner was so helpful and all transactions and communications were spot on. I highly recommend staying here.

Wasn’t able to watch the tv’s upstairs and wasn’t able to use the grill I Had purchase From home I had to use a gas grill At the site so I didn’t know how to work it so I just baked it in the over .Chair was tore and he came and fixed it but with these miners complaints they came as promised and took care of it all. but I am so glad I chose y’all. I will be back

Our house we had was dirty. There were dead mosquitoes smashed on the walls. The walls were all scraped and missing paint everywhere. (We took pictures of every flaw so we wouldn’t be held responsible for them). We also pushed the couch back the first night to play our Nintendo Switch and there was a bunch of food under the couch, but from us as we had just gotten there. There was hair on the sheets of the trundles. And a used bandaid on one trundle mattress. Also the toilet paper holders are all really loose so we didn’t put the toilet paper on them in fear they would fall out and we would be charged for it to be fixed. It was HOT & moist in the house. We all slept terribly and it reflected in our moods for the week. And the pictures make it look spacious but it was kind of crowded with little room to move around. Again, I don’t know if this is the owner that cleans or if she hires someone else to do it, but they’re not doing their job if so. I’m not bashing them and I would stay here again if we were on a tighter budget, these are just things that could use improvement!

The resort was very nice. Nice pool. Convenient location. The owner was very quick to respond to messages and quickly got the deposit back to us.
