Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Loved everything! Breakfast was good, drinks were great, kickbacks were great, hot tub and pool were clean and had plenty of clean towels available, bed was super comfortable!

Great location, right off of I-55. The entire hotel was super clean and well maintained. Breakfast and the 5:30 welcome hour had hot, fresh food and variety. Staff was friendly.

United StatesI did not like the smell of the towels or bed sheets. The towels smelled old, like they have been sitting a while. The bed sheets smelled like body must. The room was not dirty at all just maybe a while since it was last occupied.

United StatesWe like taking stairs instead of elevator. The stairs that they use to take the garbage out was very, very dirty and smelly. It definitely needed a good cleaning.

United StatesRoom service came in while we were sleeping and woke me up. when I asked why they decided to just walk in the room unannounced the guy was very rude and said he knocked twice before he came in and slammed the door while he walked out. I was not happy about that at all. Hopefully that doesn't happen again to anyone else.
The lady's at the front desk were extremely welcoming. Our room was clean, and cozy. Breakfast was great. I would definitely come back.
