We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Hampton Inn's & Hilton Garden Inn's can learn a great deal about custom service from Drury. Without question Drury will be one of my top choices for my lodging needs.

United StatesRates were very high because of the eclipse coming on Monday, however we stayed only for Saturday night and weren’t in the area for the eclipse. Since our stay was 2 days prior to the eclipse, I was disappointed we had to pay such a high rate to stay.
Staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Loved the location, extras offered for snacks/bar and breakfast, and room and bed was very clean and comfortable.

United StatesHotel was calming when you entered. Staff was presentable at the front desk and welcoming. The kitchen and dining area was kept neat and organized. Food was fresh! The room had no stains, no unpleasant odor, no chipping on the walls, and very comfortable. I have no complaints. Also kid friendly. Photos of the hotel are an understatement.

United StatesStaff needs education about dietary restrictions. Other Drury Inns have been way more accommodating when we have asked about ingredients in the foods during breakfast/kickback. Specifically gluten and dairy. Pool/ hot tub are small. No lotions in room. No popcorn was available when we checked throughout our stay.
Everyone was super nice! Loved the drinks at kickback. Beds were comfy. Hotel is clean. Plenty of luggage carts. Check in/out was seamless. Pool guy was super nice!

United StatesThe pool was super crowded abd the hot tub was over run with little kids there was little to no parental super vision and mt eldest sons told me that a man wouldn't allow them pool towels and told them if they paid him $5 each they could have one! Front desk apologized for the inconvenience but it was upsetting we couldn't enjoy the pool when we paid quite a bit for our room
