We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We were impressed by the cleanliness not only in our room but the entire hotel. The free breakfast and evening meal were a huge hit among guests. Tasty and lots of options. Drury hotels are known for their hospitality and thus one didn't disappoint. Highly recommend.

The power went out one night and there were extremely loud and rowdy people in the hallway on my floor. Other members of my family were compensated for the problem but I was not.

United StatesThere isn't really anything not to like. The pool could sometimes be warmer in colder months (it is indoor and outdoor) but even that isn't a real issue. This place is always a wonderful place to stay.
We've stayed here multiple times throughout the years. Best part is the pool, which is both indoor and outdoor and the hot tub. It is my kids favorite pool of any hotel we've stayed in. We also really love the 5:30 Kickback which provides a full dinner for our family. Selection varies but always includes baked potato, salad, nachos and a soup with either pasta or nachos or grilled chicken wraps. They also offer drinks but we love the endless soda and popcorn. Breakfast is delicious. Waffles and pancakes, biscuit and gravy, scrambled eggs and sausage. The staff working the food area is always helpful and welcoming to our crew of kids. Hands down our favorite hotel in the St Louis area. We've stayed here so many times on visits to the Science Center, the St Louis Zoo and Magic House. It's a great location and we will be returning again soon.

United StatesI wish I could remember names, but every single front desk staff during my stay was AMAZING. The MOD was great, the young lady who saw my statement online about it being our anniversary, and she gave us a gift in our room and a card and a cute lil towel cake! When we got there, everyone said Happy Anniversary!! We really enjoyed the surprise when we walked in our room!! The bartender on duty for happy hour time, was the sweetest! Thanks guys!

United StatesI don’t really have anything negative to day about the property. the only thing we didn’t like was that there were also like 3-4 traveling baseball teams and their families staying there. so the pool area was completely taken over. and they were tailgating in the parking lot with alcohol, loud music, had a grill set up, games, and took up quite a few parking spaces in the lot for it. Made it hard to enjoy the pool.

United StatesIt was a bit of a drive to St Louis to catch the games we were there for, BUT, I knew that when booking the hotel.
We loved EVERYTHING about this hotel! The bed was super comfortable, the breakfast was great, complimentary dinner and drinks were completely unexpected but a great bonus! The pool and hot tub area was nice! Very clean hotel. The staff were terrific! I wished I’d gotten their names. We frequent St. Louis often and will definitely be booking there again! 10 out 10, highly recommend! Free parking was a plus.
