Downside: having to pay $25/ night for car parking

Beautiful hotel near downtown. Glen, the gentleman who checked us in, was warm and friendly and went out of his way to explain everything - thanks, Glen! Hot tub was nice, as was free snacks late afternoon / early evening, though drinks were not up to standard - preferred to pay for better drinks the second evening. Bed was very comfy!.

Everything was great what is there not to like!

Check in didn't take long, the front desk guy was very courteous (I wish I could remember his name but it started with a C). The room was clean & had a fresh smell (thanks housekeeping) Dinner was delicious & the free drinks was great to end the night. Breakfast was amazing & I loved the different food options. And a quick dip in the jacuzzi was a well worth moment. Can't wait to book again.

Weed smell in the hallways I believe it be the housekeeper that's smoking while they cleaning being smells it when I went pass them very unprofessional this happened the last time I stayed to.

The hotel was extremely busy and loud in the hallways. Had to wait quite a while to check in. The bathroom in our room could have been cleaner.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and nice. We were particularly impressed with the fact that this hotel provides free breakfasts, free happy hour drinks and free dinners everyday. It's great and convenient to have access to the fresh ice water and lemon water 24/7 in the lobby, too. I would definitely book again because of these options.

We asked for a nice view as it was a birthday celebration but we did not have one. Extra cost for parking seems excessive.

This was the best hotel my husband and I have stayed in. Starting with checking in - the gentlemen at the counter was so kind and accommodating to us as we explained we were here for our 1st wedding anniversary we explained the restaurant we would be going to and he gave us a recommendation as well as some more information on the area which we took him up on his offer and headed to his choice and we loved it beyond words. Our room was on the 10th floor and the view was amazing and so clean, we felt so taken care of from start to finish included there Kickback - which we did realize they had until check in - this alone has us already booked for our next couples trip in January and we can not wait to come back!
