Amir was so friendly and helpful checking us in. We loved the breakfast, happy hour, and dinner! Easy walk to Disney Springs. Shuttle service was easy and prompt.

Kickback food could've been better but had low expectations since it was free. Pool was always crowded and not enough seating but that's expected. I wish housekeeping wasn't upon request, and they just came by each day as with other hotels.

Breakfast in the morning was great. Kids loved the pancakes and waffles. It definitely made things easier for getting ready in the morning and heading out to the parks.

Would have liked the shuttle to run earlier so that we didn't have to drive and park for Disney Run, but it really wasn't that big of an issue for us.

Great stay all around! Complimentary breakfast and dinner and happy hour drinks were definitely a plus. Shuttle to the parks, so you could park and not worry about daily parking fees. Very comfortable beds. Pool was very nice and surprisingly large. Will definitely be back!

This hotel is fantastic. Nothing to dislike.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. We loved that it was in walking distance of Disney Springs. The breakfast and dinner buffet had very good food and so nice not to have to worry about where we were going to eat during our busy schedule.

The staff was welcoming . The location was great. The room was phenomenal, loved watching the fireworks every night. The food and drinks were delicious.

It could get very busy for the free food. We kind of avoided that after our first trial! But that is a nice service to offer. Maybe if they checked for hotel ID at the door it would slow down the rate of entry or spread out the crowds :)

Good value. Pretty pool. Up to date and comfortable rooms. Well laid out rooms. Nice bathroom.

Parking was 25 dollars which could be cheaper or free for guests, but not a terrible downside considering all the hotel has to offer.

Free food and 3 alcoholic drinks per adult over 21 per night from 5:30 to 7:30. Awesome staff and location, early entry to Disney, nice amenities and amazing fireworks views. Comfortable beds and clean amenities. All of this with no resort fees.

The parking fee kind of sucks but we understand it’s a Disney area issues and not the hotel.

The extras were an absolute amazing perk in which will keep us coming back! It sets Drury aside from all the other hotel options in the Disney springs area.

The beds were slightly uncomfortable. However that would not change our mind about staying here again. We also wish the arcade was a tad bit bigger.

From the moment we entered the Drury it was an amazing experience. The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond more than once for our family. The free extensive breakfast, popcorn in the afternoon and dinner (and 3 alcoholic drinks!) made this hotel a no brainer in wanting to stay here. They also provide Disney perks and free shuttles to the parks. How could you get any better!

No EV charging. You need to put in a bank of chargers in the north east corner of the parking lot close to the electrical supply that is already there. I didn't choose this hotel and I don't choose hotels where I can't charge my car overnight.

Could do with some more healthy stuff, fruit etc. but otherwise excellent.
