Perfect location, very attentive staff, restaurant and drinks were great, pool was awesome, great view, hot breakfast every day, comfortable rooms, loved the shuttle service to Disney parks, could still order food late at night after a long day!

Honestly 10 is too low. This was a fabulous hotel. Absolutely everything you would want or need. Free breakfast. Kick back. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Restaurant on premises. The pool and splash pad were wonderful. Definitely will come back

Very friendly staff, HUGE clean rooms with a great view, and nice perks such as breakfast and evening snacks (pretty much a full dinner with drinks) included. Impeccably clean with a great service level throughout. Highly recommended for a stay "off-site" yet already on Disney property - a leisurely 5-7 minute walk to Disney Springs.

the fact they wouldn’t help me with a late check out for my son who has medical issues. Plenty of other rooms to clean and they could have gotten to ours last. It was disheartening. We are avid Drury goers and didn’t like their lack of customer service. The hot tub also took the color off my Daughters bathing suits and left rashes on my husband and kids. Suggest checking the chemical content. We can’t get the smell of chlorine off our skin 24 hours later.

There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like.

The location was great. The shuttle to the Disney parks was very easy to use and convenient. The wind down at night was good. Breakfast was convenient.

Its location is perfect for Disney Village and access to the parks.The staff were amazing and the pool area ideal for a quick break from the parks. The drinks and food package is a game changer and is of a really good standard.

Amir was so friendly and helpful checking us in. We loved the breakfast, happy hour, and dinner! Easy walk to Disney Springs. Shuttle service was easy and prompt.

Kickback food could've been better but had low expectations since it was free. Pool was always crowded and not enough seating but that's expected. I wish housekeeping wasn't upon request, and they just came by each day as with other hotels.

Breakfast in the morning was great. Kids loved the pancakes and waffles. It definitely made things easier for getting ready in the morning and heading out to the parks.

Would have liked the shuttle to run earlier so that we didn't have to drive and park for Disney Run, but it really wasn't that big of an issue for us.

Great stay all around! Complimentary breakfast and dinner and happy hour drinks were definitely a plus. Shuttle to the parks, so you could park and not worry about daily parking fees. Very comfortable beds. Pool was very nice and surprisingly large. Will definitely be back!

This hotel is fantastic. Nothing to dislike.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. We loved that it was in walking distance of Disney Springs. The breakfast and dinner buffet had very good food and so nice not to have to worry about where we were going to eat during our busy schedule.

The staff was welcoming . The location was great. The room was phenomenal, loved watching the fireworks every night. The food and drinks were delicious.
