The pool is closed & we were told that it will not be reopened.

Dinise was the most helpful, wonderful & caring staff member that we have met. She went above and beyond to give us the best room & she was so cheerful, just a pleasure to be around !! Our room was a king & extremely clean, large & comfortable. There was an iron & ironing board, mini fridge, microwave, large flat screen tv, excellent air conditioning, desk with a nice chair & a sofa. The bathroom was extraordinary clean & had a very large vanity with a really cool sink. The breakfast had a very nice assortment to choose from, including waffles.

It was very adequate.

Largish room with two queen beds. Small but very adequate fridge. Easily accessible ice machine. Functioning coffee maker. The desk staff were very pleasant. The room price was very competitive. Breakfast was coffee, toast, waffles, juice, yogurt, cereal and milk, fruit. They told me they were upgrading the breakfast this week!

Maybe add some seating in the room - there was plenty of space in the room for a couple of chairs but certainly not a problem that we didn't have them. We were just there one night but if you were staying longer that might me nice.

We arrived on motorcycles in 100 degree heat, 2 hours early, and the front desk was so accommodating! They let us check in early and gave us a ground floor room.

The bathroom in room 110 needs a bit of work. The toilet seat was loose, the shower rod needs attention.

It was a bit noisy, but that mostly quieted down around 10pm when people started going to bed. The comforter was VERY warm for Texas summer, and the air conditioner was loud but not terribly effective. My husband and I spent most of the night just under the sheet because of this.

There were definitely some oddities in our hotel room - the bathroom didn’t lock, the sink handle was backwards (hot was cold; cold was hot), and the shower was weirdly narrow. But, all in all, I’m very pleased with the facilities for the price we paid. With taxes and all, our weeknight stay came to just over $90, and I don’t think we could’ve found a nicer place for that price anywhere. The bed was firm and supportive but not hard, and there was a decent number of plugs close to each side of the bed.

We had a king bed room, and a lot of room was left over and not filled with any furniture, that looked a bit odd, and provided no comfortable seating, other than the bed.

The location in Dumas was good, and within easy wallking distance to the highest rated restaurant in the town, 287 Roadhouse. The building was very clean, and the room was comfortable.
