The room was not very spacious for 2 persons, especially if both will carry a 23kg luggage. I would also prefer the sinks to be inside the bathroom/ shower room and not right next to the beds.

Convenient location, near Hollywood, walk of Fame and all related tourist attractions ('5 car and '20 walking distance). Pretty close to the highway too. The room was clean and the beds comfortable enough. Parking area in front of the rooms with very easy access.

The parking was free. Very limited, but I had no issue finding a spot. Small clean room. You get what you pay for. It’s a 15 minute drive to the Greek Theatre/Griffith Park.

The neighbourhood was dirty, with many hobos.

The floor covering was very dirty.

The location was very convenient in terms of our sightseeing plans in Los Angeles. walking distance to Target, laundromat, 7Eleven. Room was clean except the floor covering.

We were told that it would be better not to walk around at night, although it’s quite close to the Sunset Blvd.

Not too far away from the walk of fame and Universal. Felt safe since security is around 24/7. Not the newest motel, bute clean and helpful staff.

The walls are thin and can hear the traffic and others in the area.

It was clean and updated. Staff was friendly. For the price we would stay here again. Near food places which was convenient for us. Parking was free and there were plenty of places when we checked in at 9 pm on a Saturday.

It was a little hard to find parking space, and the room could be more spacious.

There was a great shower. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Good location, easy to go everywhere from there. And there is a Target and a 7 Eleven within a walking distance.

Noisy at night, unsafe neighbourhood (junkie syringes on the sidewalks, many homeless squatting on street corners), the ”dark side of Hollywood”

When I tried to check in, I found out that I had booked a stay for June 14th, not the 7th as I thought. I don't know if this was an inadvertent mistake on my part or if your website changed my booking somehow. I have noticed that when trying to book on the Dunes website, choosing a date on a calendar doesn't always change the date on top. The person on duty at the motel acknowledged that the website sometimes has glitches. In any case, I had to call Booking.com to change the arrival date, and besides taking time, I had trouble understanding the English of the lady I was speaking with on the phone.

I've been there many times before, and I knew what to expect.

The carpet is really dirty, walking around in the room means your feet will become black from it. Beds are OK, but quite small for a couple. The noise from the road / parking is really loud

No elevator for second floor, but luckily the stairs to upstairs is still acceptable.

Location is good. And there is a security for parking, it makes me feel safe to park and stay at the motel. Nice and clean room, enough space for 2 people and 2 big luggages, we really enjoy our staying.

But we loved our stay.

The air con was very old and not particularly reliable. There’s not so much in the way of restaurants and shops near the motel, besides fast food restaurants, so you’re slightly limited.

The proximity to Hollywood and other LA hallmarks was superb, you didn’t necessarily need to rely on driving as there are good public transport connections nearby. Although the rooms are quite small, they are cosy and well cleaned. Good WiFi and the free parking is very welcome considering many other motels charge for parking.
