Actually there are few things that can be improved: - no locker for entering the bedroom. It could be very great if they can add a magnetic card to enter the bedroom. - the storage room for suitcases is not closed. - it will be very cool if they can add small curtains around the bed to have a bit of privacy inside the bedroom.

Good place for the price. Location is good with a supermarket just next to the hostel, as well as bus stops and pharmacy. Really good breakfast! Good Wi-Fi. The terrace at the top of the building is also really good with good weather. The kitchen is very functional and well-equipped.

The only thing I didn´t like was the water pressure on the men´s bathroom. It was quite low, so taking shower became a bit difficult

weird that the rooms are co-ed. It is uncomfortable for men to share a room with women and vice versa the breakfast wasn't healthy (pancaces). It is better to offer vegtables, fruit and eggs.

The room I stayed was in the basement, and didn't have natural light. The bathroom was upstairs.

Excellent location. I think I didn't get a good room, but it seems they have better ones. They have pancakes, jam, peanut butter, tea and coffee for the free breakfast.

The dorm rooms were co-ed and not locked. Only thing served for breakfast was pancakes, I'm just not a fan of pancakes.

The door code system felt very secute. Also, it was very clean and that is ALWAYS very appreciated.

The water in the showers was VERY weak. I stayed there for a few days and it was consistently problematic as far as I can see. Also, there was mold in the showers. It is not too hard to get rid of it so it made me question the cleanliness in general. The breakfast was okay, but the kitchen table was way too small for the all guests. During peak hours there was a queue to get pancakes, find a seat to eat them, and clean your plate to leave.

I stayed at the 12 people dorm, the bed was okay. It was nice to have lockers and generally felt safe during my stay. Common areas were sufficient to use wifi or socialize. The location was pretty close to the main attractions. The staff was helpful.

A guy who slept on the bunk above me and snored heavily almost throughout.. He was a bit talkative.

The staff was not knowledgeable/ no maps/ no warmth. They were a bit rude offering cancellations if someone wasn't happy with the booking. No explanation why early birds arrivals/ previous communications with the property couldn't have got better bunk beds when available. Shoes-off policy. Noisy and loud staff conversations at late night. Lack of willingness to deal with customers/ no effort to open the indoor door, bordering discourtesy. They changed the door's code without warning. Lack of interest on customers. Overrated.

I liked the breakfast included (excellent from the restless kitchen ladies). The room has big lockers and the room had its own bathroom with shower/toilet/basin. Ample space to leave big suitcases outside the basement's room. The accessible code external and internal system. Some freebies (bottle openers). Clean facilities, but perhaps not too many for a full capacity hostel. Nice kitchen/ fridge to help customers willing to prepare their own meals.

Big lack of privacy in the bathroom. If you like to be able to shower completely hidden from view like in most Hostel you won't find it here. There's no curtains on the showers and the glass is very see thru. So just be aware.

Clean and chill Hostel. Not too far from the main Washington DC attraction and also close to the metro station to get to and from the Airport.

I stayed two nights. The second night one person snored so loud that I woke up and couldn’t sleep anymore. It is not the fault of the hostel but I would not choose a 12 bedroom again and would try to find a women’s only room.

Everything was very clean. It is modern and met my expectation. For a hostel it was pretty good. There were towels available and the beds were clean and comfortable. Remember to bring a lock for the locker!

Someone broke my lock without my permission. I complained about it to one of the employees, but nothing was done. It was a TSA lock that I had paid a lot for. It was very frustrating.

There were tiny things that I could complain about. For example, some lights in the shower room were broken, so it was a bit dark. I was looking for a hairdryer and found something mysterious under the sink and a coke bottle. (I don't think you're supposed to look under the sink.) I did eventually get a hairdryer. (The first one I tried didn't work.) Someone's bed creaked a bit loud in my room whenever that person moved. However, all in all, I wouldn't mind these at all, considering the price and the experience.

I really love the people who worked there. They were super nice. The facility is generally clean. I enjoyed having breakfast together with people. The person who was making the breakfast was super kind to me. It's very cost-effective.

Temperature control was pretty bad, the rooms were hot and despite asking every night duty staff to turn the thermostat down from 75, nothing happened. Privacy curtains could be provided for the beds.
