when I booked the hotel, I booked traveling with a pet and had to pay 20 extra dollars per day upon arriving. even though I think the price was fair, I think it should have been included when I made the reservation online and not a surprise fee upon arriving. I went in the hotel front desk to check in and when I got back to my car the guy is waving me back in because he saw my dog in the car and had to run another transaction for the fee of my dog. since I scheduled traveling with pet, why didnt he catch on and wave me back in for a 2nd transaction? not very professional. to make matters worse when we arrived it was night time. you can not read the numbers of the `room #'s on the doors. I had to get out of my car to see the room #'s. when I found my room # there was no parking until I got to the end of the parking lot. our room was in the beginning of the parking lot. being that my husband is a professinal drummer and had very expensive equipment in the car we were uncomfortable with the car so far away. I went back to the front desk and asked for a different room. one that had parking outside of our room. I was told there were no other rooms available for what I booked so we had no choice but to have our vehicle parked far away from our room. the dog park they advertize is a small patch of grass and dog poop all over. no dimmers on the lights in the room. I wish we couldve been able to dim the lights. there is littering all around the perimeters of the property. I think they should hire someone to clean all the debris up and that would really help to spruce the property up. when we were checking out we were slightly past the check out time and this guy came around to our room, saying if we didnt hurry up he would charge us a late check out fee. over all, things weren't horrible. it was okay for a 2 night stay.

for the price the room was descent enough. the room was nothing fancy but it was clean, cherful, and roomy for my husband, myself and our 40lb dog. our king size bed was very comfortable and I really enjoyed the pillows. they made my sleeping experience good and refreshing. the color pallet was pretty. I liked the sink counter. it was large enough for my make-up and perfumes and etc.

It advertises breakfast and all they had was coffee , orange juice and granola bars . Also the neighbors next to us where very loud all night , knock on their door 3 times and still very inconsiderate

It could sure use an update. The sink faucet was old & had a corroded finish. The entrance door to the room had such a gap that it let the cold outside air in. The filter elements in the HVAC unit were filthy. I had to clean them myself, because when I turned the unit on, it smelled so bad. Speaking of smell, the room had a strange smell, like one that was trying to mask another one, like a musty odor or the like. The TV needed 2 remotes to work different primary functions. The thing that bothered us the most was a few “guests” were loud into the night, and didn’t seem to respect others. I got the distinct impression that some people come there just to party and have sex. There was an empty box of Trojan condoms left outside one of the rooms near us. We felt uncomfortable, and will avoid staying there again.

The outside of the hotel was not up to my expectations. also, the breakfast was not they only offered a granola bar and coffee which was a surprise Overall it was okay. I don't know if I would stay at this hotel again, given all the different hotels in the area.

The staff were very nice. The room was also very good. I liked the change of decor. I like the wood floors and the bed was comfortable.

We were booked to stay Sat night only. Storm was coming, we decided to go night before so we wouldn't have to drive in bad weather. Called to add extra night-told to go thru Bk.com. However we wanted to stay in same room for the weekend. Arrived and we worked it out that we didn't have to check out at 10 to have to wait to check back in. Assured we were ok for the weekend in the same room. Went about our business on Sat (left tip in env for service). Got back, $$ was gone but room not touched. Checked out and questioned missing money and no service. Guy told us we were supposed to check out and back in even though Fri night person wrote note about stay. Took money for no service. Waiting to see if card is charged add'l day for NOT checking out of room we already paid for. Too many other hotels nearby where we would be more respected as guests.

The bathroom could use updating. The showerhead was pretty old/nasty, which seems like an easy fix, and vents are full of dust.

My only complaint would be when booked on booking.com it doesn't tell you the are gonna authorize a 1 day stay the day you arrive before you even get there even if you select pay at the property check in wasn't till 4 and if you didn't pay the 1 day fee by 3pm you would have lost your reservation before you even check in at check in time I just thought that was shady I understand that you wanna make sure the guest are gonna arrive when they say they are but you need to put that on the site so we don't get blind sided overall our stay was really good and we would stay there again if we had to

It needs a little touch up in the rooms but overall I liked it. Love the fact that they have secured doors so anyone can't just walk up to your room if your on the second and 3rd floor.

The staff was so nice. Very helpful with everything. The guy over night was my favorite. I highly recommend this place!
