Waww , the house has such a good vibe , it is an historical house , with beautiful garden . Right on the corner, there are restaurants and bars with live music. The staff very very nice and helpful . At entrance you can drink amazing lemonade !

We had a room right beside Duvall St,(Treetop) which is good and bad. It was very convenient, but loud when we went to go to sleep. If you are night owls, that is not an issue, though. The parking deck is a good 1/2 mile away, so that is not greatNIGHT , but at least it is an option.

House is beautiful and the breakfast was awesome. I love that we could bring our little dog too. Only a $25 night charge which is less than most places there.

I have a hard time finding something I personally did not like although the lack of an elevator to access the second-floor rooms may deter some others. The room size would be a little cramped for a couple but was very comfortable for a single.

The room was comfortable with ample space for clothes, and high ceilings that helped maintain a comfortable temperature. Room equipped with a nightstand, chair, luggage stand, television, and hot beverage tray. Spacious bathroom with shower and vanity with good water pressure and plenty of towels. The included buffet-style breakfast was well stocked with a waffle maker, salmon and capers, bacon, fresh bakery items, hard-boiled eggs, etc. with freshly brewed coffee. Wonderful outdoor seating in a beautiful patio garden space to relax and enjoy the meal. Access to the pool was available at the adjoining property and looked inviting although time constraints did not allow me to enjoy that amenity.

The only real dislike was the car parking. It was quite remote in a multistory five blocks away. Fortunately it is possible to unload luggage etc immediately outside the property although it does feel a slight risk as it is metered pay parking. Make sure you have all you need from your car as you leave it in the car park. Five blocks is a bit of a trek in 90° especially when told on your return that you should have been given a second car park permit as the first was going to run out during your stay. But hey, these things happen.

A fabulous old property in a tremendous location. The room was spacious with great air con and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was also very spacious and well presented/maintained. Breakfast was a self service affair with plenty of variety, both hot and cold. Sadly the muffins were too good and I ate more of them than I should have. My bad. Access from the hallway to a verandah just outside the room was an added bonus.

All of the staff was lovely! Front desk was efficient. The housekeepers and grounds keeper were friendly, worked hard. Couldn't believe rooms were cleaned before we were dontle w breakfast. Breakfast was delicious! Mostly locally sourced product. Room was beautifully decorated and comfortable

My only complaint. I would recommend repairing the shower floor. Everything else was perfect.

Wi-Fi is very poor (And also don't expect to fall asleep before 11pm, the singing and music from the nearby restaurant will keep you from doing that.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Key West in an old building. We got a separate room Sunset. Stylish, spacious enough, with 2 balconies. Great breakfast included in the price on the patio (looks like being in Asia) with a fat cat). Parking is offered in a city parking lot 15 minutes walk for $ 15 per day. Central street 3 minutes walk. Lots of photo locations.

The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the shower, which definitely needs to be refurbished. But it was still fully functional and clean, and the rest of the bathroom was perfect.

The room was cosy, clean, quiet and just generally had a lovely atmosphere to it. The bed is incredibly comfortable and I slept really well. The windows let in a lovely light. The air conditioning is quiet.

Location next to Wendy's was a little noisy and of course getting a lot of the Duval Street noise. This is not a reflection on Old Town Manor.
