It was run down. Seemed like they rented rooms for a few hours and I felt very uncomfortable with the noises from room next door. I would never rent there again. We planned to stay in Brockport for 4 wknds for college football. This place was a mistake.

We cancelled on 9/12 so I can’t answer these questions! The clerk said he would send us the cancellation by email but we never received it. We called & he answered that our laptop was slow! Our laptop is not what’s slow! Stay tuned if fees for economic- dodge are on my CC bill!

Outside stairway to get upstairs to the second floor rooms is not very well lit. The heat in the room was completely shut off when we got the room and my daughter and I had to figure out how to turn it on. I ended up having to push a reset button on the plug which was partially hanging out of the wall. The TV in the room worked but for some reason you could only adjust the volume with the remote, we couldn't get it to change the channel or bring up the menu at all.

Clean. Location is conveniently located around shops and places to eat. 8 minutes from Brockport college.

This hotel is way overpriced. I would expect to pay around US$70 for a hotel like this. The property while clean is run down. The washing machine required a bit of cardboard to wedge in the lid to function. The laundry room was under a half inch of water. The breakfast was non existent. There were no cereal bowls and only half a cup of cereal in each hopper. There were about three pastries and one apple.

It appeared run down. The room itself smelled very strong of a cleaner. It was making me nauseous. There was no breakfast as advertised. The heat wasn’t on when we got there. it was freezing in the room!

The exterior needs some work and the grounds could of been cleaner.

The room was clean. My stay was quiet even with a full hotel. There is a Wegmans across the street and the area seemed safe.

Upon arrival we had to use phone and dial 100 to get desk attendant. No idea where he was but it was still a good 5 minutes before he arrived and I was the 2nd customer waiting for him. First night we had little to no sleep due to loud conversations then hearing closet open and close next door on other side. We had a fly or two in room. One was killed after first night.

An elevator would be nice. The outside facility needs a fresh coat of paint and some updating. The breakfast was ok but I was disappointed that there was nothing hot like eggs and sausage.

For my needs, the price and location were absolutely wonderful. The main person in charge was super accommodating especially when he was trying to give me the best location for comfort and to stay away from the smoke. I truly appreciated him carrying my luggage up the stairs and killing the wasp 🐝 in my room.

Dingy, smelly, toilet leak, room temp was at 55 temp when we arrived. It took hours to warm up. The advertised breakfast but there was just old cereal and coffee.

Toilet broken. Not fixed during stay even tho that said it would be. Tv wouldn’t stay on. Kept shutting off. Heat off for two days. Beds never made. Got one towel a piece. Had to keep asking for a washcloth. No clean towels for last day. People appeared to be residing g here and were outside drinking and using drugs. We were told that they had been told that fisherman weee coming so they should do this out back!

The room was awful. It was filthy. The bathtub was so dirty that the bottom was grey and the towel bar was ripped out of the wall. There were crumbs all over the room, a dirty cutting board and tinfoil behind the dresser. The phone was broken and ripped out of the wall. It smelled. The stair and walk ways were rusted and falling apart. And we had to switch rooms a few times because of all of the broken things in this hotel. It was literally the worst place I have ever stayed in my life.
