The carpet smells

Really didn't like the fact that i open the window the staff yelled close it. The carpet smells like it's been wet just like fresh air sometimes 😧 had My my face irritated also coughing

The location was ok but the workers was bad besides the one night staff but the other workers they use bad words to my husband and told us to not come back and get out

The front desk personnel were pleasant and helpful. The check-in procedure was quick and easy. The room was spotless and inviting. Breakfast was delicious. The pool was sparkling clean and refreshing. The staff was quite helpful; when we couldn't get the TV to work, someone came right over to assist us!

The property, room, and lobby were well-maintained and very clean. The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was great. For the price, this was an excellent value. We were passing through on our way down to the Keys and would definitely stay here again.

We stopped here on our way to the Keys and it was a great place to stay for the night. Clean rooms and the property is well decorated. This will be our preferred over night stop on future trips! Thank you!

This place was above and beyond my expectations from the checking in with a young man named Mr Harry who was very knowledgeable of everything around us and very polite at check in.. They were immaculate housekeeper’s were very sanitary and clean. Made sure everything was disinfected. This hotel is one to stay for anytime you are by the keys or in Florida city or in Homestead.

My partner and I went to this wonderful location! I had a great time. Hotel employees are quite kind and helpful. The location is in the heart of the city. You can walk everywhere. Our room is really comfy and cutely designed. If you want to visit Florida, you must stay there. You will not be sorry!

I was pleasantly surprised with how nice this motel was because it was very inexpensive. It has a pretty pool with a waterfall in it and it is surrounded by palm trees. The room was clean and the tile in the bathroom looked new and modern. King size bed was comfortable. Nice size bathroom counter to put my toiletries on. Nice continental breakfast which included waffles, scrambled eggs, tasty orange juice, and normal items such as muffins, toaster, etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel especially if you are looking for a good value.

Alexandra, Jesus, and Vani at the front desk were incredibly nice. They were able to check us in early and upgraded our room. Very friendly customer service! The view from our room was spectacular as well!

Excellent location for visiting the Everglades and the Keys. The hotel facilities were good, particularly the pool, a swim was very welcome after a hot day. We would recommend the hotel.

The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff were ever helpful and friendly. I will stay here again on my next trip to southern Florida. The breakfast area was well maintained and restocked by the staff. They also stayed vigilant in keeping the area clean and sanitized.

Is the only hotel I’ll stay when I’m in Florida City or if I’m just sitting the keys I have stayed there four times and it all been great. The room is clean breakfast is great and the staff is super friendly.
