Pillows were too hard. Some folks smoking and drinking near the entrance were a little intimidating but nothing serious.

Soap and shampoo could use some help

The bed was really comfortable and pillows were nice Little couch was cute and manager upgraded our room to a balcony room for free. They offer a late check out @3:00 for $50 so that made it a really relaxing morning

this motel does not have elevators to get to units on the second floor only a long flight of stairs older folks staying might have difficulties with their knees and legs if you tripped or fell , the long flight of stairs would injure you severely

I could hear some traffic noise, and forgot my ear plugs. There were very some loud voices late at night, but a call to the staff stopped that.

The location was convenient. The room was spacious, and had a fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. The bed was comfortable, and so was the pillow.

Bathroom light was not real bright for my husband to shave. TV did not have the clearest picture. Cost of a room is so expensive now. We would have liked to stay longer.

Very clean, quiet, covered parking right outside our room. Coffee, fridge and microwave all worked well. Beds were comfortable. Young lady at the check-in counter was very nice and helpful.

The restroom was spacious just not clean. A couple pillows were hard and lumpy. Unfortunately, the reason we didn't enjoy our stay is due to very loud neighbors during their intimacy. We had our children with us, that was a very uncomfortable to deal with little kids not hearing the couple next door screaming and shouting.

Our room had (2) Queen size beds, they were comfortable and clean. No smells, in the room. The staff was extremely nice, welcoming and helpful.

Exterior carpeting is odd, but I understand that the effort is to make the passageways as quiet as possible for everyone's benefit.

The light in the bathroom was very dim. I booked a 2 Queen room and was given 2 Fulls.

The beds were pretty comfortable and had 3 pillows on each one. The bathroom was a good size. The A/C worked well. The fridge was roomy and cool.

This place is actually cute and surprisingly clean. The pillows are not as comfortable but bed was fine. There are no coffee makers in your room or office but besides that it was a very decent stay.

Room smelled, very loud. People outside making all kind of noise in hotel parking lot. Some lady kept banging on my door looking for a USB CHARGER. Staff was not helpful, nor friendly at all.

No elevator. When asked for a 1st floor room the clerk rolled her eyes and said, ‘Nope, none available.’ No one around to help with baggage up the stairs. Booking.com said that there would be a continental breakfast and there wasn’t any. Main reason we booked there. EXTREMELY overpriced.

It was no frills the way I like it! The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean and well maintained. The shower was great! It was perfect for what we needed. More importantly, my wife was happy with our stay! :) We were there for four nights and the location was great for us (close to everything in downtown Fallbrook.) It had a nice clean vintage decor/design that my wife and I really enjoyed.
