The breakfast was the second worst we've had at a motel--no milk, no cereal, no protein or fruit of any kind. The entire place needs some deep cleaning and maintenance--new filter in HVAC, vent in bathroom needs to be cleaned and hall carpets are filthy. Handle is broken on the bedside table. Room was very dark, could use a light on both sides of the bed.

The bed was comfortable and the room was surface clean. The guests next to us were playing music very loudly and the desk clerk responded immediately.

we. parked near our room—out the back door. the security lock on the door was damaged and did not work. we had to use a rug to prop open the door so we could unload and load the car. the chain lock on the room door was missing

Definitely not staying there for the breakfast. We ate somewhere else which was disappointing. Get over the excuse of Covid. Restaurants are open so your dining room should be as well.

There wasn’t a breakfast. Don’t consider a bag of prepackaged junk food breakfast. The room was nonsmoking but I still smelled smoke. The hallway on our end was warmer than the first hall so not sure if they were having issues with the air or not. The room seemed clean and the bed was comfortable. The price was right so overall I would stay there again and see if some of the smoking and air issues were resolved

The back door was not secured my first day but I noticed after that they secured it so you had to use your key card to enter

Clean and well cared for. I wish the complimentary breakfast had been a bit more hardy. Great staff and housekeeping took great care with fresh towels and beds made.

The carpets and walls in the hallways, stairway and room were filthy. When I got into the room there were wires and cords hanging exposed. This was supposed to be a non-smoking room and I booked the reservation disclosing that I had a two and three year old. I was given a room in a smoking section and the smell of smoke even in the room was suffocating to myself. I'm so glad I checked out the room before bringing my husband and kids in. The hotel said they cancelled my reservation but refused to give me anything in writing to confirm the same and directed me to submit the request for a refund to Booking.com. I have done so and have been told that Bookong.com is working with the hotel to do so. I am still waiting for Booking. com and the hotel to finish my refund. I am still confident that it was a better choice to go back home where we had no power from a huge storm earlier that evening than to pay >$100 to stay in this place. We wound up being without power from Friday until Monday and it was terrible, but at least we weren't sleeping somewhere so questionable. Who knows what it would feel like to get into one of the beds in the room. 🫠😳

Very dangerous, very unsafe area. Intoxicated non- guests were loitering all over the property. We ask the front desk to call the police, they did nothing about it. We were refused a refund. Half the electrical outlets and only half the lights worked in the room. The bathroom room was severely warped and would not close. For your own safety, avoid this hotel. I’ll be posting the same on other social media websites.

The place is in terrible condition. The shower head could not be regulated. The hallway smelled like dog poop, and the hallway & room's carpet were extremely dirty.

The door was missing a security latch & the ceiling of the room had water stains spreading out past the point that it had remodeled/painted over.

It was close to where I wanted to be. The staff were friendly.
