The manager ran my credit card(after my original payment was already processed) without my permission because she claimed to have accidently issued a credit to my card of $89.99 which I still have not received... Because the money was never returned to my card the manager was not able to process the unauthorized 2nd attempt.. I was told either to pay Again, leave, or she would call the police to handle the situation.. I chose to leave..My $50 deposit was also never returned. I now have to contact my bank to get back the money that was stolen from me....The manager was beyond rude in how she spoke to me about a problem I did not create... Honestly one of the worst experiences I've had in my entire life....

Floor and counters filthy. Bedspread and chair had visible stains of unknown origin. Entry door did not seal, space big enough to let in bugs or lizards.

The whole place was falling apart. Bathtub looked like it hade not been clean Ice bucket was covered in mold. Curtains lamps torn broke. Sheets look it has not been washed.

REAL DANGER FOR YOUR HEALTH DO NOT VISIT!!! Not cleaned, not at all.(I TRIED TWO ROOMS AND IT WAS THE SAME) There were stains and Hair on the toilet and the Sheets !!! Mold everywhere!! Its VERY loud. Feels Like you sleep on the road. But sleeping on the road would be more Clean! This should Not be legal!!

Room was very dirty, and I didn't like that I had to give them a 100.00 bill to hold for a security deposit because they couldn't give me proper change. I didn't like having to give a deposit at all. That should have been my first clue as to the environment of the hotel and its locality.

Evidently the motel is located near a "club." I was unable to sleep due to blaring music and a base that was literally reverberating off the building. When I contacted the office, the person said they could hear the music and indicated he would contact the police at my request. An hour later with no change, I called the office again and now the staff person acted like the police had been out but this was a club operating as a business and there was nothing they could do. I called the police myself twice without any result. The pounding music ended about 3AM which the staff person predicted so it seemed apparent that the motel management knew of this major noise nuisance near their facility.

The staff was very helpful re accessing the internet and helping after I discovered the microwave was broken. The towels were very plush which is out of the ordinary.

Has roaches, wasn't the cleanest, was there for a big fsu game and for the price and just one night it was fine.

Beds are comfortable, location is good, office staff was friendly, price was good for the notre dame vs fsu game. Also they called the morning that we were set to check-in to verify we were legit and still coming, no cancelation fee was nice also in case we wanted to cancel.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say

The rooms were clean and very decent. The hotel offered breakfast muffins and coffee and juice was very convenient at the same time the location was perfect because it was right across the street from a Circle K gas station and a Denny's restaurant and right down the street from the movies. The staff was very nice and friendly met all my expectations
