We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesMy two bottles of cologne were stolen from my room when I left it. It smells really bad, and the hotel is really dirty. They need to re-paint the doors and walls. The color of the paint in the bathroom is atrocious. I wish I wouldn't have to pay $50 for a security fee. O left the room clean with nothing broken and I still haven't gotten my $50 back in my account.
The staff was friendly, but didn't speak English well enough, but they charge you for toilet paper...kind of ridiculous...

United StatesRoom smelled really badidn't. Didnt work. Counters sticky. The owner lied and said the tv worked till i convince him to come to the room and i showed him. Then lied and said it didn't smell, lied and said the counter weren't sticks. Eventually he cleaner and got rid of the smell, and a new tv. He didn't have to lie.

USAI didn't like the fact that you smell like really bad dog pee my toilet didn't flush the electricity went out for like 2 hours and microwave I had in there at first was messed up and like kind of blew up and I had to go get the customer service people to actually put another microwave in the room and a bunch of hollering and screaming adults in the next door room I wish I can get a refund

My question is what if the stains were there before you got there and they just didn't pay attention then you don't get your deposit back

United StatesThe hotel itself is dirty, Everything has stains, the floors, the chairs, the bed sheets, the walls, even the tub. All the access points were held open or broken. A crackhead, who lived there, come up to me, and offered to sell me drugs “at a real cheap price.” The bed itself was on a cheap tubing frame from dollar tree. The mattress was uncomfortable junk. I almost wore my street clothes into the bed, out of fear of insects.

United StatesI don’t even know where to start, the place needs a complete overhaul.
I’ve stayed at a lot of places, and I would have to say this was by far the most unclean, most rundown, most unsanitary, I wouldn’t let my dog sleep here. My bad had cigarette burn marks on the headboard , stains on the carpet, And I am not even sure if they change the sheets after the last person. I understand it was only $70 a night, but you expect some sort of dignity.
