The door has to be lifted to use the double bolt. It didn’t line up right. There were no ice holders or cups available. The knob in the mini fridge was actually broken off. We got a jacuzzi tub suite but I don’t feel like it needed to cost as much as it did. Felt like an overcharge but I get it.

There was no breakfast, the location was good. The pictures made it look better than it was in person. The inside could have been cleaned better but we were able to get as comfortable as we could. There were good options of food to eat around and walk to from the hotel.

the bathroom wasn’t cleaned and I saw a few roaches. there were people outside in the parking lot working on their cars and chafing the oil and drinking. it was annoying.

The bathroom door was broken and also the toilet paper holder kept falling off and they should have phones in the room to reach the front desk.

I felt pretty unwelcomed when checking in and also felt that because of my race, the gentleman made it a point to let me know that there was no smoking in the room when I booked a non-smoking room. Seemed like he looked at my husband and assumed we would smokers.

I enjoyed the location of the property and ease of booking the property. I also liked the fact that I didn't have to fight for parking or park far from my room.

The bed was hard and noisy. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable and the air conditioner was pulled out slightly from the wall allowing cold air to come in.

The jacuzzi tub was a nice touch inside the room. It was a nice way to relax. The room was clean. Clean shower with nice backsplash tiles. Nice wood floors and wall mirrors.

No lobby, had to stand outside at window. Had to ask for enough towels for 2 people. Freezer portion of refrigerator needed to be thawed and cleaned, something spilled inside. No hair dryer. No access to coffee/tea/hot water in rooms and no lobby.

The price and location were good and rooms clean.

As soon as we walked in, there was a cockroach crawling on the floor and multiple flies buzzing in the room. There was broken glass in the sink, water damage on the ceiling, mold on the walls, stains on the sheets; whatever you can think can be wrong in a hotel room, it was there. We tried turning the heater/AC unit on and it immediately started leaking water as well. We booked this last minute so it was kind of "you get what you can find and afford" situation but there was just a lot to take in.

Price was decent, the room was quite large (especially for 2 queen sized beds) and the check-in/check-out was a breeze. The flooring was also quite nice and tv had great channels. The parking was also very convenient and the location was easy to find.

The smell the room came with was not all that pleasant. Nothing a good Ol febreeze couldn’t handle. Just the overall cleanliness of the room was the only downfall of my stay. Everytime we came back home the smell was back at its peak. Going to stay here, then get a candle. One other last thing, ask for more pillows as soon as you check in, they only give you three.

Everything on the bed was clean, fresh, and comfortable. I also like the water pressure and the temperature of the shower. Also the location is right in the middle of all fast food restaurants and you can also grab some late night snacks across the street at food 4 less.

Overpriced for that room. was not worth the high price. room was not up dated like other rooms i've gotten. This room was an emergency last minute pick. There were lots of flies and my daughter saw cockroaches. I worked a lot so i didnt see them, but she did. She played exterminator and killed them for you. Lots of drug users and sketchy activity.

I liked the fact that it was right off the freeway, Fast access to the on ramp. Also close to shopping center and gas station. No breakfast but that's due to Covid which is understandable. The location of this place is great.

Good value for what it is but spent first hour in the room killing the flies.
