No one knew the code to opening the safe. The cost was decent but I could have been a little cheaper given the area.

The room was beautiful for NY. The bed itself was comfortable. Overall, I would stay there again.

The taxi service was the worst that I had experienced during my entire trip. I was told before traveling that New York people were rude and nasty to people, it was my first trip there and that taxi cab driver almost made me not want to come back!! But Luis Gonzales was able to help me, so I felt a little better. I will never forget this incident ever.

The rooms were very clean and the hotel itself was VERY clean even on the outside!! The location was perfect, due to me needing to walk to the Armory for an event to see my son in college. The only thing that was an issue was finding food, since I was alone, I did not feel safe to travel alone to find any. But the deil across the street had food there that I could eat. The most important issue that I was to mention is the staff member who works there Luis Gonzales, he went above and beyond to help me with a really bad situation. When a cab was called from me by this hotel and I was being driven to the airport and mid-way to the destination I was being put out of the cab due to not having cash!! I was super scared and I was able to beg the driver to take me back to the hotel and he did Luis was there to help me get other travel arrangements to the airport, long story short Luis then had a staff member call me that night to make sure that I arrived home back to Georgia!!!

The property was great value for money, clean and staff were so friendly. Location was great for travelling backwards and forward around Manhattan, although you need to know what subway to get.

The room was dirty. There was hair all over the bathroom sink and on the "clean" towels; the towels were frayed and clearly very old. The bedside table hadn't been wiped down as it was very dirty. And worst of all, there was a blood stain on the sheets. I chose this hotel because it was supposed to be clean. I paid $700 for two nights, far uptown and in a dirty hotel. I was very disappointed and would not stay again, or recommend it to others.

The location is great; close to subways and buslines. Appreciated the bottled water in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's nice that they offer a lounge downstairs, though I didn't have a chance to use it. Convenient snack bar and beverages in the lobby for purchase.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The staff was wonderfully attentive and thoughtful, the rooms were clean and efficient, and the bed was so comfortable (I spelt great)! Great location, too! Very comfortable, great shower, especially coming in after a late fun night. Very relaxing and private.

Nothing. We have traveled all around the world from Dubai to Korea and most states in the US and this by far was the best stay we ever had. Keep doing what you are doing.

Everything was wonderful. The staff was amazing. Luis, Dominic and Eric were very helpful, professional and very informative. We liked it so much we reserved it for Thanksgiving weekend. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Loved it.
