Staff unbelievable Room modern and clean

Unfortunately, the walls need better soundproofing. The guests in the room next door played music on the in room speakers late at night and it woke me up. It was mainly the bass but could also hear the music clearly. The staff sorted it out when I called to mention it but it did mean my sleep was quite disrupted.

It's a beautiful hotel with a lovely restaurant and bar and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The added bonus of tickets to MoMA was useful and a nice touch.

Very noisy, even on 20th floor, with Times Square below. Windows do not keep out all the sirens, crowd noise etc. Reception small, always full and cluttered (luggage etc)

Chic, bustling bar. Functional bedroom with a very good minibar & snacks selection. Friendly staff @ reception and in the bar / dining areas. Gym equipped better than most hotels & with a great view.

I hate the stupid resort fees. It's just an extra $35 charge, which we never get back -- we're not big drinkers, and the restaurant prices are exorbitant, you end up spending more than the $35 for two people. So we just think of it as extra cost.

For a NY, Times Square hotel room, it was reasonably spacious for 2 people, and very well designed. We could see a bit of Times Square, but it wasn't too noisy, despite being on a lower floor (17).

The room was very small…almost too small to fit my husband and I. The decor was basic but not in a Scandanacian minimalist asthetic..it felt and looked cheap.

Location is great. Right in the heart of Times Square. Loved the outdoor patio space and the lobby bar. The room was very clean

everything... staff assistance and support, and the room... wow !! could not get a better New York Experiance than here.. We got a corner room on top floor, 39th - highly recommened !!! the room killed it :) cleaningness, equipment, minibar, facilities, electronics, and the general luxury.. and of course the window view..

The hotel scent was a little overwhelming at first but you do get used to it!

The location was great just off Times Square. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were clean but just a tad on the small said which is guess is to be expected in NYC. Staff were friendly especially the bar tender who gave us some great recommendations.

Great view, a little noisy on lower floors. Hotel is getting a little run down, it'll need minor upgrades soon, my bathroom sink was cranked and un-pretty, my room bolt lock did not work, the shower had little pressure. cocktails were mediocre at the lobby bar, poor quality comlimentary bottled water, mini bar snacks need better choices.

Great view, a little noisy on lower floors. Beautiful restaurants. Good vibe in the bar. Good location.
