Room was a bit dated and there were a few bugs that I needed to dispose of.

Staff were very friendly during our stay. Location of this property is perfect for us as it was close to the beach but away from the busy and congested central are of Duval St. The rooms were very spacious as well.

Bathroom was on the small size.

It is difficult to find a well priced property in Key West. El Patio is perfect. It had a nice feel to the rooms, nothing too fancy, but very comfortable. Nice to have a pool and also parking. Walkable distance (20-30 mins) to the Old District, so don't need to drive while in Key West.

We had to ask for enough towels for the 4 of us but that wasn't a big deal. Everything else was great.

Such a beautiful building. The courtyard was beautiful as was the rooftop deck.

There's no elevator or staff help for people with limited mobility. No morning coffee at or very close to the property.

The room was like old Florida. The art deco style. The pool was well taken care of. It's a beautiful setting.

No bathroom facilities, we checked out and went for breakfast and needed the bathroom when we picked up the car and were told only bathrooms in the rooms. Despite the fact it was still 20mins before check out time we were not able to use the room bathroom before our long journey.

Overall in need of renovation. The window-mounted AC unit is old, terribly noisy and sends a strong airflow directly to one of the beds. Leave it on and you can’t fall asleep and get a cold, switch it off and you sweeten like hell.

Superb location, close to the Southernmost Point, the Historical District, Rest Beach, Higgs Memorial Beach Park, Fort Zachary Taylor park etc. Spacious room with decent bathroom (though it is a challenge to wash your face and hands in the Barbie-size sink). For 16 USD a day you can rent bikes, perfect means to explore Key West.

The air conditioners are window ones and very noisy. The rates are high and could easily include breakfast.

El Patio offers almost everything you need for a comfortable stay and is suitably located near Higgs Beach. The rooms are simple but spacious, with good bathrooms. Parking is easy and near the hotel.

It would have been great to have a fan as the air conditioning was in one room and drifted to the other. But it was still very comfortable.

Friendly staff. CLEAN! Smelled like fresh bleach not one spiderweb outside no chipping paint anywhere. I loved the location it’s close to everything we wanted to do and it was quiet. We like coffee in the morning and they brought a coffee pot.

The noise and it’s extremely outdated. Some sort of curtains would be nice over the blinds because it’s so bright at night if your door is by an outside light.

The property is a little older but very acceptable. The only inconvenience was that the bathroom was off of one bedroom and we had to walk thru our friends room to get there. This was not an issue for us.

The price was so good. Loved that it had double rooms in a suite. Worked well for traveling with another couple.

WIFI reception is almost non-existing in the room. On the patio is the only place wit decent reception.

Very friendly staff. Free parking. The staff even let us use the parking after checking out. The room was large but out-dated.

The staff was very nice. It's the perfect location. Walking distance to the beach and the downtown area. The rooftop has a beautiful view of the neighborhood.
